In this video, trauma-informed yoga therapist Nicole Marcia introduces us to yoga as a tool for teens to use to manage stress. Nicole then guides us through a simple and accessible 10-minute seated breath and movement practice for stress-reduction that can take place anywhere one is comfortably seated, such as at a desk, in a car, or at home. This practice can be shown directly to young people and is a great way to get started with trauma-informed practices in your classroom or family.
