The first leg of my journey into some of the most remote towns of Western Australia.
From my home in Perth into the heart of the Murchison.
Sandstone, a tidy town with a rich gold mining history was the first on my list. Join me in checking out the town, it's landmarks and exploring old ghost settlements of the early 1900's on my DRZ400E.
Part two, 'The hearrt of the Pilbara' coming soon!

Love how vast the land is and the colours. 🇦🇺 I like the way you speed up the sky and see the clouds passing over ❤ your footage is amazing 🤩 ♥️♥️

@@robosborne6514 Thankyou very much, there’s thousands still undamaged. Very common around the early gold field camps. There’s heaps scattered all along the old rail lines also.

Amazing the bottle wasnt broken, previously one of my fathers friends allowed some bottle collectors onto his station up that way, they visited one of the old coach stops on his station, he visted afted and found only smashed bottles remained, we guessed they already had them so wanted to ensure no one else could have one and theirs would be worth more, selfish scumbags.

@@phatpizza610 there are hundreds of thousands up there, they aren’t smashed by people for those reasons, they are pushed off to the side by machines so prospectors can detect for gold underneath. The goldfields are littered with them.
