*Announcement:* By the grace of Allah, after years and years of waiting and dreaming, Allah has allowed me to travel to the blessed lands of al-Quds (Jerusalem). Inshaallah I will be flying out in the next few days, this is my first ever journey to the holy lands. Please pray for a successful journey and safe return. May Allah reward you all.

Brothers n sisters... Plz Plz try and visit AL aqsa urgently... Stand in solidarity in salaah with the few old locals who are allowed in daily, as others only allowed in Ramadan n big days. Listen to this beautiful azaan in person. We run for umrah after umrah, Haj after Haj and forget about aqsa. The locals only request we visit and show the zionists we will never give up on aqsa.... Plz plz make it part of your Umra journey. There is soooo much history that's preserved there, unlike Saudi where it's all destroyed and marbled over... It was our best travel experience ever...

Alhamdullilah I was blessed with the opportunity to visit Palestine and hear the Athan from Masjid Al Aqsa. There is nothing better in this world then being there. Inshallah one day Palestine will be free and everyone will get a chance to visit Masjid Al Aqsa.

when i went to the quds the palestinian tour guide told us that neither masjid is the aqsah but aqsah is the entire complex. the first masjid known as the dom of the rock in english is masjid al sakharah and the later masjid from where the adhan is called is masjid qibeli.

this is a very unique Azan, Mashallah

Beautiful SubhanAllah! also remember brothers and sisters, the WHOLE compound is considered as "Al Aqsa", yes that is the Dome of the Rock, but it is within the Aqsa Compound. The Adhaan is coming from Al-Qibli Masjid (where the Imam prays from etc, also within the Aqsa compound)

In The Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful Adhan is recited in a loud voice by the Muezzin facing the direction of the Ka'ba in the following words, which are said in the order mentioned: "Allahu Akbar" - recited FOUR times. Meaning, "Allah is Most Great."(four times) "Ash-hadu an la ilaha ill-Allah" - recited TWO times. Meaning, "I bear witness that there is none worthy of being worshipped except Allah."(twice) "Ash-hadu anna Muhammad-ar-Rasoolullah" - recited TWO times. Meaning, "I bear witness that Muhammad is the Apostle of Allah."(recited twice) "Hayya 'alas-Salah" - recited TWO times. Meaning, "Come to prayer."(turning the face alone to the right and saying it twice) "Hayya 'alal-falah" - recited TWO times. Meaning, "Come to Success."(turning the face alone to the left and saying it twice) "Allahu Akbar" - recited TWO times. Meaning, "Allah is Most Great" (face back to front and saying it two times). Morning (Fajr) Prayers The following phrase is added after "Hayya 'alal-falah" in the Azan of the early morning prayers: "As-salatu khairum minannaum" - recited Two times. Meaning, "Prayer is better than sleep" (recited two times). ''La ilaha illallah'' There is no deity except for Allah.

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) came close to us and said, "O people! Don't exert yourselves, for you do not call a deaf or an absent one, but you call the All- Listener, the All-Seer." The Prophet (ﷺ) then said, "O `Abdullah bin Qais! Shall I teach you a sentence which is from the treasures of Paradise? ( It is): 'La haula wala quwata illa billah. (There is neither might nor power except with Allah). حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُقَاتِلٍ أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ، أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، عَنْ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ كُنَّا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِي غَزَاةٍ فَجَعَلْنَا لاَ نَصْعَدُ شَرَفًا، وَلاَ نَعْلُو شَرَفًا، وَلاَ نَهْبِطُ فِي وَادٍ، إِلاَّ رَفَعْنَا أَصْوَاتَنَا بِالتَّكْبِيرِ ـ قَالَ ـ فَدَنَا مِنَّا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقَالَ ‏"‏ يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ ارْبَعُوا عَلَى أَنْفُسِكُمْ فَإِنَّكُمْ لاَ تَدْعُونَ أَصَمَّ وَلاَ غَائِبًا إِنَّمَا تَدْعُونَ سَمِيعًا بَصِيرًا ‏"‏‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ ‏"‏ يَا عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ قَيْسٍ، أَلاَ أُعَلِّمُكَ كَلِمَةً هِيَ مِنْ كُنُوزِ الْجَنَّةِ، لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ ‏"‏‏.‏ Reference : Sahih al-Bukhari 6610
