Yellow-and-green plushie was, indeed, the same plushie from GalaCon! RailwayDash [the host] watched me make (part of) her at a smaller convention early last year, and was really intrigued by the detachable head, so invited me to speak at GalaCon during his "unique and interesting plushies" section.
PlushieCon had a total of 220 plushies by 79 owners. We had many "returning plushies", some of them having been at several PlushieCons already and always coming back :)
ah right, i have her card as well (i may comission her or one of the other 2 people whos card i got) and unfortunatley i didnt attend the cider panel because shifts^^
