Four score and four years ago, our Blizzard founders brought forth on this continent a new game, conceived in balance patches, and dedicated to the proposition that all heros are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether Mage can be nerfed in arena, or Mage's overpowered skills can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of war. We have come to dedicated a portion of that game, as a final resting place for those Twitch Streamers, Renolocks, controlled deckss and others who here gave their lives that that game might improve. It is all together fitting and proper that we should do this.
I think a lot of people misplayed jade druid really badly. Shuffling jade idols into the deck before having the board just reduces the odds of you getting removal spells. I always uses first idol for golem and save the last one when I am almost out of card(basically the time you get on the board with my deck)and use it with auctioneer.
I think you are right. I never shuffle the first and the second one i choose to shuffle depending on what type of match i think the rest of the game will be.
thevoxdeus as a vegan I can attest that my memory sucked before going vegan lol. being vegan doesn't cause brain damage, brain damage makes you go vegan lmao.
I played a bunch of games, and I really missed healing in this deck. So I swapped out Swashburglers for Mistress of Mixtures'. Healing in the early game, and healing in the end game with N'zoth, when sometimes you are really desperate, it's better with Barnes, you can combo it with the raptor, etc...
Yeah I also face with healing problem too. I swap only one Mistress since it messed up N'zoth summon effect and sometimes, when then opponent is almost dead, you almost don't want to play that card. I think Earthen Ring Farseer would be better since you can combo it with Brann at late game and he doesn't heal the opponent at force.
Gotta love Blizzard, either they make an expansion with no impact, or it's like Gadgetzan, new decks emerge that makes a large chunk of existing decks completely obsolete. Jade druid is so strong, most control decks can do nothing about it, because it just gets out of control in the late game, as not only is it immune to fatigue, but also can throw out an incredible amount of minions that can one handedly win the game.
Lasergurka I really liked the creative idea of Jade druid when it was first revealed, but now that it's in play, it has nulled and overshadowed many decks, both constructive and gimmicky. The game has just become more linear and predictable than before in my opinion.
Aurora I agree, although it's not very creative, since concepts like this has been around in card games for ages, and I like that it's a viable deck, but it's just too good with Jade idol, making in mostly impossible for true control decks to win against it.
Ricky Muzakki The moment it breaks all control decks is when they with auctioneer goes of at 10 mana and they have their deck filled with Jade idols and get a 10,11,12 and 13 attack/health golems.
That "Weasel" deck is like a 'C'thun deck' without the buffers. Just because you put a card in the deck doesn't make it the deck. He only has 1 synergistic card to cause more weasel drops, not even a gang up? It's really strange to label a deck 'Weasel rogue' but your win condition or purpose of the deck isn't improperly labeled
I've been dicking mostly with C'thun/Grimy Goons Fatigue Warrior. I figured if the C'Thun cards are already overstatted to hell, may as well buff them more.
Probably my favorite new deck I've tried is playing a hold mechanic paladin, but relying on the combo of Daring Reporter into Coldlight Oracle and Nat the Dark Fisher. Its so fun to make your opponent drawing cards a bad thing for them with a 13-13 Daring Reporter. Throwing a Malchezaar in isnt bad either, very fun times.
in my opinion its the new c´thun play decent minions summon retarded golems requires pretty much no skill to play at least good if this continous with the expansions i think im out it was beginner friendly when it comes to skill level from the beginning but now its just a running gag also just a question didnt they say at some point int the future u would be able to craft adventure cards ? i dont wanna spent like 30 bucks to get 5 cards im interested in
I'm beginning to feel hs isn't fun unless you've opened all of the good cards. All I'm facing on ladder is the jade druids and I cannot win. It's like everyone has the good legendaries in the first few days except me.
How many packs did you open? I had saved up enough money for about 30, and I got 2 legendaries (although they were shit). Next expansion I suggest just farming dailies for like a month
I'm just playing the popular decks from before msog because I don't have enough good cards to make jade decks. I opened 10 packs for 1 legendary, kun the forgotten king.

Hey Kripp, I've been following your videos casually for quite some time and i gotta say, this is the first time I hear you passionate and informative at the same time. I'm actually amazed.
not at all, Jade Druid is too slow for the "meta" right now with all these tempo and face decks if you want to go Jade Decks, go with Shaman for some boring wins or Rogue if you want to have some fun
I should note (because I've realized that it isn't clear) that the deck runs a bunch of Grimy Goons buff cards, like Smugglers Crate, Trigg Beastrager and ofc the Don himself :-P
For a second I thought the Alley Cat hunter was playing a deck similar to my new hunter deck. I call it Pied Piper, it is a mid range hunter that focuses on buffing Rat Packs and takes advantage of the tons of tiny 1/1 beasts in various ways.
Its broken and can't be stopped, "at least it starts slow" lol no it doesn't, a 1/1 is good in turn 1-4 and after the second golem everything goes to shit
You can just ignore them lmao. If they get to 7/7 and you don't have an answer, sure, you might lose. Renolock right now is insane. Just out tempo them and out value them.
+Kripperian Since I don't own karazhan I replaced swishbuglar (the 1 drop) with Journey Below and Barnes with Gadgetzan Auctioneer for more card draw and it works amazing!! You almost get everytime a Swarmer or even blackpaw out of Journey Below! You should test it out!
Niels Tanis I actually had better luck using a jade c'thun deck hybrid. Miracle rogue can get screwed if it doesn't draw right and i was seeing a few losses because of that.
Thanks Kripp! I had been struggling with this deck and my build was much different. I was trying to do Auctioneer shenanagans like Miracle Rogue but with the Shuriken and the stealthy ninja and the 4 mana card on top. I switched to your build and its been night and day. Youre right that sometimes you just win being a rogue deck with tempo.
journey below instead of swashburglar imo. synergy with raptor, combo cards, and a good chance to get additional jade deathrattles. Like I'm getting Aya Blackpaw a lot out of journey, which pushes my jade count even higher. I feel like random deathrattle is better than random class card, but the 1/1 for 1 mana body is ok

jade druid can also play for tempo if you mulligen correctly, its the most versatile deck in the current meta and usually beats pirate warrior with a good starting hand
Kripparian, I wanna thank you, this deck is really fun and effective. Rogue is my favorite and I was looking forward for something creative from you. Keep up the amazing job, inspiring players and adding fun to the game. Cheers
So now I know why I've seen so many Jade Rogue decks in the last day. As a bad player I always appreciate it when he endorses decks that get rekt on ladder.
I was playing the jade theme as well as some burgle cards and turns it pretty good with the reduction from ethereal peddler.I found out a new combo in the adventure.Pint-sized potion plus Confuse 3 mana board clear or 1 with peddler in play.
WOW! I really like the Kripp approach! I tried something more standard before, like the Trump or Thijs decks (before watching them)...but this one looks better, I will give it a try
2 cards to consider in this deck - Patches because you already run 2 Swashburglars (+ maybe a Small-time Buccaneer) and Shadowcaster for all kinds of crazy stuff
made this deck without aya, seems really powerful, i put in a journey from below instead of her and instead of thalnos i put loot hoarder, really solid
I didnt realise what Jade Golems were and how strong they were. I was tavern brawl today and i held the Jade Spirit card to look at it's info, i read that jade golems were stronger each time they were summoned and i was like 'wtf that's awesome' 😂
I've been dicking around with a grimy beast hunter. Had decent success on ladder so long as the opponents didn't get insane topdecks every single turn. Had a REALLY fun game with a 7/9 Brann and a 21/20 Highmane because I got two Han'Cho's from the Investigators.
Sayf Tarek yeah but there's no cards that really let control warrior deal with increasingly large threats. one of the ways control pally beat control warrior reliably was by spamming dudes. now do that with 10/10s and more
As a beta player and basically control warrior main; cw always finds a way. Brawl, SS, FWA and execute are just too good and the fact that theyre basic/classic means that cw will always be good.
I tried to run mine with two Disciples of C'Thuns, two Blade of C'Thuns, and C'Thun himself on top of it instead of Swashburglars and Hucksters. Wasn't half bad.
Krip quoted someone during the first game "On a board of Golems, devolve hurts". He wasn't necessarily agreeing with them, but read what they said. I disagree! Lets say you have 5 vanilla golems 3/3 4/4 5/5/ 6/6 7/7. Now all of a sudden you have 5 cards that could have deathrattle, taunt, divine-shield, some crazy effect, and bare minimum is healing them.
Awesome decklist! The only thing that didn't really feel right to me were the swashburglars. They just don't sit well, particularly if they get stuck in the deck and Barnes hits one of them. Pretty gutting... Instead I subbed in Shaku (which should give you at least one card steal) 1x Shadowstep 1x Youthful brewmaster (-1x Fan 'o Knives) Shadowstep has WAY better synergy in this deck. It's phenomenal for N'zoth, but also excellent on Jade spirit, can combo disasterously with double raptor/ barnes, and can also work really well with Brann/ barnes For a bonus it's one step closer to the panda army dream. (youthful/ancient brewmaster, Aya, and Madam Goya) All hail panda army!
I actually tried this deck, didn't really have that much succes with it though. But I started playing Dragon Priest after that and have over 90% winrate with that now
Was playing as a Jade Druid just as I loaded this video. Game starts and a see its a Rogue. I hear Kripp wax eloquent about the merits of jade rogue when my opponent plays a Jade Shuriken .... and later a Barnes into Sylvanas He still ran out of cards before I did. RIP Tempo Jade N'zoth Rogue
