One of the oldest deck archetypes (but also with demons) still works well in the post-TGT landscape where plenty of the newer decks have revolutionized ways to go face. However, sometimes nothing beats molten +molten + taunt.

I'm a bit sad, since Handlock is my favourite deck, but I would like to see it compete against popular decks, like Secret Paladin, to learn about the important matchups. On the other hand, the knowledge of beating Mill Mage and Mech Hunter is not very useful. :)

It's gonna be very interesting to see if some new form of Patron Warrior will arise. The quote from 16:51 would definitely pop up in a Trolden or Disguised Toast video ^^ I think we all remember Dr. "he's no Troggzor" Boom aka Dr. Balanced.

that was an odd mage deck. was it freezemage with duplicates? or giants mage with antonidas as an extra win condition (Wich would be kinda awesome). Did anyone find the list? What does he cut? explosive sheep for frostbolt? healbots for icebarrier? I am intrigued

I don't think it's ever worth it to tech crazed alchemist. You probably want to run silence instead because it's a lot more versatile and possibly clogs their board with a 0/7 (of course that can also be an argus or buff target, but you can likely kill it off before it is a reasonable threat)

***** Good point man, thanks. Usually 1 owl is the norm, but maybe 2 owls, and other options are worth looking into. It is 2 damn bad silence minions suck balls though. I mean look at priest where you can't even fit a silence into your deck without compromising it. I will dwell on this since I am considering upping my game. Trump taught me alot of good basic beginner stuff, but I feel STRIFECRO is where I am really advancing my game to the next tier from even just his most casual of comments!

Renwoxing13 I totally agree ^^ Both of these pros have really helped me through the game and the constantly changing meta. I'm not even really that good, but just watching and reading from them is a huge improvement on my play style!

misplay at 20:30 should have hit the leper gnome with the bomb than jaraxxus so you are guaranteed to mill 3 cards. only trade boom after jaraxxus

+Antonio Craveiro He made sure that the Leper Gnome deathrattle hit before Jaraxxus. If the boombot hits face (this happened in the game), this saves 2 health, if it hits the Fel Reaver he'd miss 3 milled cards, but still save 2 health. It wasn't a misplay.

Malganis is also used in zoo, but jarraxus is used in both variations of handlock.

+Isaac Teamann If you want to play handlock exclusively then Jaraxxus is better to craft first. If you want to also play zoo and that bad dreadsteed deck, then make Mal'Ganis first.

+Alfredo Lubrano The general consensus has been that Wilfred Fizzlebang isn't consistent enough to justify replacing anything in either of the standard Handlock lists. He also doesn't synergize with taunt givers and Shadowflame. He likely fits better into some other variety of control warlock.

+Mikael de Padua It really all depends on what you're going against at your point on the ladder. If you can spare the taunts, go for it. It's a good alternative combo for Ancient Watcher: 6-mana Flamestrike.

+Mikael de Padua if you want to run sylvanas, you shouldnt be running demon handlock, but staying with a standard handlock

+Thegreatwario383 i dont really agree to be honest. i have been stuck around rank 8 with this deck for a long time after climbing there with regular handlock. Maybe i was unlucky for a while, but i always seem to have demons, but no voidcallers or voidcallers but no demons. I have had the thought "I wish this voidcaller was a belcher" many times. Demon Handlock is able to pressure slower decks a lot more, but against aggro, i prefer the regular handlock.

As much as I hate Patron Warrior I hate Face hunter and Ebola paladin more. Since the Warsong nerf ladder and Arena has just been flooded with more aggressive aggro decks.

+StrifeCro but why? From a deck building perspective, what does watcher with argus/owl/shields-up-lady accomplish that is special to a certain type of deck? Those are flexible cards for sure, but I'm not seeing what makes them seemingly exclusive to warlock and that one druid deck.

+ilovemuffins1337 Molten Giant, for one. The fact that you have the synergy between Molten Giant and defending a pair of them up (due to your hero power, etc) is incentive enough to use Ancient Walkers as well.

Well if you want to, go and experiment it in other decks. Watcher just has a lot of synergy with Handlock. Warlock's ability to card draw makes it easier to combo taunters and owl. StrifeCro currently isn't running it but Shadowflame also makes Watcher better in Warlock for a 6 mana Flamestrike effect.

StrifeCro has gave me other hearthstone players to look at other than trump. The rest are boring .. Kripp,Forsen, all of them put me to sleep Strife is just pro as fuck

So another aggro Hunter with Mech Hunter, aggro Druid with Fel Reaver. The meta is insanely aggro, Hearthstone ranked is kind of pointless now. Thank God for Arena.
