Definitely. Back then cards didn't have infinite card generation and you had to actually think if it was worth it to play a removal or even a threat. MtG suffers from the same thing now.

+denzel ff Maybe to me the longer matches are more entertaining because you get to be invested in them, enjoy the back and forth struggle, and have a feeling of accomplishment at the end that you went the distance, win or lose. I'm sure that's not for everyone, but noone is forced to play a certain way, so I'll enjoy my style and you yours.

That might not work, because when the second battlecry triggers, C'Thun is not dead, so will not be added to your deck.

+Yoshicam Yeah, that could work, but I didn't know, so I put might in there. If it was "If C'Thun has died this game..." but I think it actually says something like "If C'Thun is dead...". TL;DR I don't know, it could be either.

Amazing - I've been playing a Cthun control warrior that either loses before or wins after fatigue. It's pretty similar. Glad myself and Kripp have similar thought processes

I tried this and armorsmith and revenge were consistently weak for me. I'm thinking spellbreakers and harrison jones to help counter all the damn zoth deathrattle paladins I keep losing to.

get above rank 12 first, it's really weird but my heavy control decks are weak in low ranks, dragon priest had me stuck in rank 18-16 for 2 days, then I switched to shaman until rank 8, then back to dragon priest and until that point I was able to climb again with my priest.

I was really enjoying a Reno cthun deck, it was able to run enough synergy cards to turn on the 10+ required as well as fit nzoth and dragon synergy cards

Is Twilight Geomancer really necessary for this? It doesn't buff C'thun persay, and as you point out, if your opponent doesn't remove your 10/10+ C'thun they're in trouble anyways, whether it has taunt or not. Seems you could sub it out for another Armorsmith, C'thun support card or even Elise.
