savage! or not... to be honest it was indeed an easier heroic expansion. the only ones that were a challenge for me were the chess one, the red demon and the final boss. at least it was funny.
Yeah I personally only had to netdeck for the final boss. The chess wasn't too hard. You just had to get board control and start racking up damage asap. Illhoof was also not bad. Just needed a bunch of whirlwind effects and taunt.
The counters were quite clear so KT ancestral wrecked Malchezaar on Heroic, and beyond Malchezaar the Heroics actually felt fair and enjoyable as apposed to the restart RNG fest that was the previous heroics.
STEPHENDANERD I see what you mean since this is the only heroic adventure I have actually beaten, but I still feel like they should have provided a bit more of a challenge, because once you figured them out, they were not even a little hard, for the most part.
A proper player playing Netherspite? Probably. But it would be nice to at least fix the bug where he literally doesn't attack a taunt minion that damages him, if you put it on the right portal.
that was alredy fixed and it wasnt only him all the bosses broke if you put something with taunt that damages the board like explosive sheep with taunt or abomination
Hi Brian! I'm here to say that at the end of the final match, if you just played Thalnos and went Fireball + Fireball you got exact lethal instead of pinging face to trigger Palestress. Don't worry, I still love you (and I can take that you wanted to see what there was behind the palestress :O)
I ended up using a Priest C'Thun deck against Malchezaar (someone else's idea ), which seems a lot easier, but man, Kibler, you always win these games with such style. Small wonder Medivh sent you an invite!
Will you be putting more Duelyst on this channel? I'm sort of bad(I keep going from 18 to 19 back and forth) and your videos made me get a bit better at Hearthstone so maybe I'll get better at Duelyst from watching. Also Songhai for the win.
I ended up doing the last guy with a priest, MC an 8/8 first turn because he buffed it and got a 10 mana card from atiesh. Then I had two entombs to follow up, worked like a charm. Orc at the start got me once and got it on second try.
I used the Kel'Thuzad + Ancestral Spirit combo right before killing the orc lady. This final encounter was the only one even close to the same difficulty as BRM Heroic bosses.
timo stockhorst naxx was never nerfed. It became easier due to the large card pool, but same thing can be said about Blackrock. And half naxx bosses are still harder than the hardest BrM boss.
The current brawl also has interesting phrases to what is summoned, such as Tito and other names. However, here is a build I did for the last boss for heroic. Took one attempt, but I did watch his video, to see what the problems were associated with heroic.1- inner fire2- power Word: shield1 - ooze1 - confuse2 - divine spirit2 resurrect1 shadow word pain1 - deathlord2 - injured blademaster1 - saboteur2 shadow word Death2 Priest of the feast1 djinni of Zepphyrs1 onyx bishop2 sludge belcher2 entomb2 lightbomb1 moat lurker( can be removed it just for some syvanas or el protection when going into the last fight, so you can most lurker your kel, he destroys everything kel pops out and then resummons the board :) - moat lurker simply n alternative win)1 - sylvanas1 - kel Thuzad1 - N-zothThe basic strategy is to get key cards and save them, while maintaining the first boss around 1 hp. (recommend putting in a smite to trigger, as I lost the board and had ot proc my nZoth, when the boss suddenly went rampant.) Surivive and mitigate damage while collecting the key cardsKey cards you want in to the final round is entomb, lightbomb and your deaths and inner fire. Once you trigger the final round, use a light bomb for your free 6 cost minion. If its an okay target double health and inner fire. If not next round entomb and death, you will start ot have a massive army to zerg the end boss down. One of those spawns should give you 12- 16 damage easy a turn. If you have zoth or kel and taunt, you will simply roll over the boss. I wasted a charged with ressuect, but it was alright. Confuse is for sacing minion, to either reduce damage incoming and or for lethal, with part board stat swap. Kel' never was drawn or Djinni or Sab and osme others while playing, but the strat was to just mitigate and collect the key cards, and then light bomb and zerg down. After being Portal'd, I light bombed and then Priest a feast out. I went in to the final round with about 9 cards left in the deck, never did have my power word shield. However, I did get a scaled dragon which I inner fired immediately and it would 32/8 in no time. :)I
I didn't even make a specific deck for Netherspite, I just used the deck I made to get myself to legend xD not sure how it worked, really, considering that the deck has no taunts...
I found a bug on Heroic Netherspite, if you play voidwalker on turn 1 in the blue beam he won't kill it until it is damged bya rcane missiels or anay other Aoe/Random damaging effect.
You're lucky. Nazra didn't spam her hero power as she did me. The constant 3 damage continuously to the face. SHE NEVER trades, BUT when you pray that she doesn't trade because you have lethal next round with fireball and you have counterspell ready she will trade. When you have counterspell up and a full board of minions with lethal next round, she will test the counter and then face you. From there you might as well as start over because Twisting Nether is your fate.
UmbraKnight is wrong, Sideshow spelleater copies any Hero Power of any character, including tavern brawl characters, jaraxxus, ragnaros and upgraded Hero Powers, but it does not work in any adventures.
If this comment is still relevant, the general way to beat final boss is to utilise Kel'Thuzad or wombo combo with Antonidas. Kel'Thuzad in this instance is more tried and true. If you're like me and have neither the dust, cards or time then I recommend Jade Druid. I managed to win this without any legendaries in the deck focusing on early game with Auctioneer Jade Idol as my win con.: Jade Idol x2 Murloc Tidehunter x2 Pompous Thespian x2 Acidic Swamp Ooze x2 Wild Growth x2 Jade Blossom x2 Tar Creeper x2 Feral Rage x2 Swipe x2 Arcanosmith x2 Defender of Argus x1 Druid of the Claw x2 Nourish x2 Moonglade Portal x2 Sunwalker x1 Gadgetzan Auctioneer x1 Ancient of War x1 There are of course other variations you could go with, the main idea of this deck being to stall out Nazra until you can get your jade idols big enough with enough idol cards in hand to beat Malchezzar. A warning is that this deck is heavily rng dependent - you will often get killed by Nazra before pulling this off. Before getting to Malchezzar, you must make sure your druid has at least 13 combined health - ideally more than 20 to play around cards such as Power Overwhelming and Gorehowl. To do that, you must use your Feral Rage and Portals defensively. Make sure you draw with the nourish instead of ramp except in rare cases, as Nazra will most often be out-drawing you. As difficult as it sounds, try to keep Nazra above 12 health until she uses both Mortal Strikes, as the power difference hits your taunts and face hard. Once she has used both strikes, keep her as low as possible without killing her to restrict her weapon usage. You often want to hold your oozes against her, unless you don't have a better option, and save for a arcanite reaper or a tactical deathbite, or even an upgraded war axe. Don't be scared to use your first idol to establish an early board presence, but make sure that you keep the second late game for auctioneer. Ensure you protect your taunts as long as possible. Nazra has a hard time dealing with wide boards outside Deathbite's deathrattle. Use this to your advantage with the tidehunters and arcanosmiths (whose shield will hopefully soak up some removal leaving the smith free to trade). Having a wild growth late game can be beneficial due to Auctioneer trigger, but is also good early game to ramp towards your larger taunts and nourish's. If you have them in hand mid game, try and keep them to pull off Auctioneer combo. Bear in mind also that Nazra prioritises face, which means you can often play your Auctioneer relatively safely on board. Once you have gone infinite with idols, save some in hand then finish off Nazra. They should be at least 8 or 9 toughness at this stage. When Malchezzar appears, you can play them out and then win shortly after from sheer minion size. This is about as cheap as it gets. I managed to win after about half an hour to an hour. Again, change the list as suits you.
so, i dont play wow. can someone tell me what happened to medivh? he seemed like a cool and funny guy and then he got like the avatar that we all know, who seems much more serious. what happened?
since the moment medivh was born he was corrupted by sargeras, the corruption lived in medivh through all his life, he would trow parties for the nobles but he tortured criminals and peasants in the upside down version of karazhan (mentioned in the book The last guardian) representing his darker side, the medivh we see as a hero in HS is the medivh fully corrupted who brought the orcs into azeroth
hypocrite427 so... he is bad? I thought he was just more serious. Btw, i could not understand alot about what you said. Sargeras? Upside down version of karazhan? Book of last guardians? Wut???? But i thank you for giving your time to help me understand what basically happened.
+Jamil Inumanox he's veeeeeeeeery complicated having essentially caused the initial events which started the entire warcraft storylines. short story, a line of mages were designed to stop The Evil from entering the world. mediv was corrupted early on by said evil ones silently. the fun guy we see here is when the corruption was hidden, the hero skin is when he was acting on his corruption. interestingly, the first time I knew him was in warcraft 3 when he wanted to make amends for all the mess he did and show the world that they don't need single heroes. for a longer story, look for the Lore of the Cards series. an awesome way to know the history behind hearthstone. note, said history is a lot darker than it's suggested in this game
It might be an oversight - if you cast the spell, you can target him, but the thing fizzles. But if Yogg casts it, it goes through. Blizzard just forgot this could happen.
wow that run was lucky, the fucking ogre kept using hero power against me and it was a nightmare to deal with a 2 mana 3-3 with charge each turn, in this case he never even used it
The only reason why I won against people prince M is because the great staff summoned me an Archmage antodious which gave me enough fire balls to let me win the game
You heal and take out the minions till you get the sufficient cards u need and then drop loetheb and kill the orc and u get 1 shot to finish him off before nether twister. I basically used kvaldir raider x2 and shade of naxxramas x2 and after killing the orc i buffed 1 of the kvaldir raiders to 104 dmg with double health x2 and then the card that makes health = attack and killed him. I used 2 of each card bc needed backups since the orc uses that 1 cost move that kills a damaged minion.
This is bs, anyone including myself who watched this video on how to beat Malchezar might as well searched up, guy gets super lucky with Atiesh and beats Malchezar... Absolutely nothing but gameplay, not helpful at all i tried this deck it doesnt work 10/10.
I don't know why you're talking about the vid not being helpful when it's not aiming to be one. This is just a twitch vod taken from his stream, it's not supposed to be a tutorial.
I really dislike how you cut out huge chunks of games here. It feels extremely disorienting, like I'm watching a highlight reel without context (since HS adventures feature unique mechanics, I don't have a library of experience with normal ranked games to fall back on for how games usually progress). Also, without seeing bad decisions, struggles and failures I don't feel like the win means anything. We all knew you were going to win. Seeing the winding path you took is what's meaningful.
What took Kibler a little over an hour to beat these 3 with no help on heroic took me 3 hours :/ I wanted to kill myself during the last fight. It seemed almost impossible to be able to handle both without Reno, so I kept doing my renolock over and over until I got the perfect draws and the right reactions from the AI
