According to hearthstone.gamepedia "This card can only grant Poisonous to 1-cost minions. Any cost modification applied on your hand has no effect."

@@jeremyjoe7494 technicly the cost modification was applied to the deck/cards, not the hand. I imagine it would not work with Pint-Sized Summoner or Thaurissan

@@jeremyjoe7494 The wiki is just plain wrong in that case. Having played a good deal of meme quest hunter with Dragon Hatchling, any 1-cost beast that gets reduced to 0 will not get poisonous from Toxmonger. So hand cost reduction is totally taken into account.

You can play a version without the cutlasses in the meantime, it's good too. Valeera isn't a complete must neither, the only one i think you are truelly missing is Tess

@@PrimeGamator you really really can't, the whole deck is based around that one card. Valeera is the only one you don't have to have, imo. But its still so much worse without it late game.

But we have seen Kibler playing a version that didn't have Cutlass for a long time. Even if Cutlass can help you stay alive longer it's risky to rely on it and buff it because one weapon removal is all it takes to slow you down, quite a bit if you didn't manage to use it for at least a little. It's fine that you want to play the deck with that but i'm just saying that it's a viable deck without it

@@PrimeGamator no dude it seriously NEEDS cutlass. Just like cubelock needs skull, if they have weapon removal you lose, so you don't play it in a wep removal meta. Either way im more just salty I can't play this before rotation.

I'm really sick of hunters. I don't even want to play as one anymore.

@Laura S NA servers, been floating around rank 3-5. I just started playing on casual (which ive honestly never really done before) the past day and im actually fighting much more interesting decks XD I never played hearthstone for the rating system anyways, always just queued for ranked because, why not? But now that ranked is literally the same 2 hunter decks for me, i just lost interest.

Its simple you dont

if it is paladin, i always keep/look for fan of knives. i also keep vanish for all those classes. and i roll the dice and play espionage really early and pray for some good 1 mana cards :)

These were answers I did not want to read but I expected them. It's sad because this deck is extremely fun.

@@chuck8177 look for Cutlass+deadly, try to find your Mass removals (fan, vanish) and prep asap and try to avoid snowballing by playing vanilla cards if you have to.

The secret was wandering so attacking there gives him more health statistically.

Maybe players who still play the ladder so much doesn't watch streamer plays.. I mean, I didn't really play much so I watch, when I play, I don't have time to watch..
