I like Nathan but NOT for Amy. He's to reserved! She needs someone more dynamic in personality. I do hope she finds someone though. Hope Tim stays on the show. He makes Heartland unique. Always glad to see Caleb. He's always such a good friend to Amy. Such a fun, good show!
Amy and Nathan are boring and repetitive. One guy after another. They never laugh or have fun with each other .I guess Nathan kept the same secret from his previous wife. She didn't know about Nathan's father's alzeimers either I guess. That drove her to adultery??? Terrible story line!
They need to let Amy been a mom to her daughter.. quit put this and that guy with amy.it would be ok if they can. Find her a good fit .but for some reason they haven't.Why,...it not a good fit with Lou working with cow..Lou can't work with people.and tell me one thing Lou have done on her own nothing.lou I deal look good on paper but when it comes to doing it never works out.lou will be the reason the ranch will need to sale it.if you being honest Lou suck at business all she good at is hooking up with a man .and planning party and making trouble..sorry but that the truth..and they need to go back to the beginning. We're Amy work on horse ,she not doing. Anything with horse.
Nathan and Amy work great together - loved how Nathan helped Amy with the polo horse. He is so good with kids and animals. And now with his father and Jack.
No matter what we think, obviously the writers and producers including Amber Marshal have decided that Amy needs to have a man. Just hard to think that she had forgotten all about Ty and spending all her time with Nathan instead of her daughter.
The real success of Heartland was and still is the Amy and Ty love story. The dating in the season 18 trailer and the current episodes especially Amy's relationship with Nathan is simply the writers attempt to keep the storyline interesting, and not boring. I believe if Ty comes back to the show Heartland will continue with Ty, Amy and Lindy together again. If he doesn't return the writers will conclude the series with Amy unable to accept another(not just because Ty can't be replaced} because of her continuing strong love and feelings for Ty. She will conclude that her peace and happiness is with her as a single mother raising Lindy in the manner Ty would have wanted. In my opinion, because we had 14 years of this remarkable love story, whereby the viewers got to intimately know Ty, it makes it nearly impossible to erase him from the viewers minds and on a larger scale future Heartland seasons. It's a testament toTy's impact on the series, in that he still remains the topic of much fan discussion and love even though he has been missing for over 4 years.
I will say this tell this there will never be any more chemistry with any other actors then Amy and Ty Nathan there isn't any chemistry at all the show needs to do something different
Amy wont you doing with Nathan the snake and crying over him . He is not the man for you amy. Amy and ty and lindy will be a loving and happy heartland family gane.
Can't stand the Nathan character and as much as I liked the character Amy, I do not care for her anymore. She is too shallow, chasing one man after another and betraying the fact Ty gave his life up for her only to see her forgetting or caring that he ever existed and just wanting someone else to tell Lyndy about her Dad instead of her sharing his story. Absolutely disgusting!
