@@bobdublin825 It is a lot cheaper to replace a manger and try a different system that can get more out of the players, than it is to replace an entire team because the manager only knows one formation and cannot adapt.

Dessers is poor at pressing the defence. Puts in 80% effort and is constantly moaning at the referee, instead of going again. Neither Souttar or Davies can head the ball with any reliability. Tav has to be pushed forward into rhs of midfield.

I don’t think Dessers is capable of playing as a striker who presses, but when he does go he does isolate the centre half’s, the problem is there’s always a easy ball outside or into midfield. Wright especially is nowhere to be seen. The whole thing needs to be looked at as we are passive without the ball and it hurts us constantly

The gap in player quality is more apparent than the style of play. They have an overwhelming better team than ours, simple as that. Our transfer policy the past 6 years has been bombastic and a total disaster.

totally agree Dessers gets too much critisism, players up front are simply not good enough, the whole team is a mess right now, We will have to wait till the end of Semptember to get an idea of our style and if there is an improvement in the squad.

Here is a quick rundown of it incase you need a wee reminder; 10 minutes - misses pass from lawrence by being outside the box. 15 minutes - tries to dribble, at the halfway line, falls on his arse. 20 minutes - balloons a shot over the bar, but he did give the thumbs up & smile straight after doing it. 23 minutes - runs by a pinpoint pass, blames diomande for him no seeing it. 40 minutes - moaning at the ref for someone touching him, misses another pass. 42 minutes - hits shot straight at keeper. ----- half time ---- 52 minutes - misses header in front of goal. 65 minutes - falls on his arse, again. 87 minutes - matondo heads directly towards him open goal, dessers misses. 88 minutes - pinpoint cross from tav, dessers ducks as opposed to jumping to head it , screams for a non existent foul instead. 89 minutes - takes 6 touches in box trying to round defenders then out of position he tries to backheel, messes that up too runs out of play. ---- full time ---- We win nothing with him as number 9, nothing. I wouldn't have him in a Cambuslang Rangers first 11 never mind Glasgow Rangers. Guy is absolute dug meat.

Been waffling about pressing from the front yet we don't press and just punt the ball up the park and has had 2 windows to actually get players for his system and stop waffling about money. If he was that good he would tap into a market and get players that fit the system then and hearts signed 2 players for free 2 players that would have improved our bench on Saturday compared to the garbage we had on the bench

The majority of bottlers are away and we’ve made good signings under Clement and Koppen. I have no doubt that we will strengthen significantly before this window ends and it will be brother Brendan’s jacket on a shoogly peg before this year is out. Arrogant, entitled tosspot that he is.

Are you so blinkered that you are laying the blame for this at the managers door. And Hate, seriously, get a grip. This is all on the board and Ross Wilson who have recruited really poorly in the last few seasons. All of the players brought in by Koppen and Clement so far are upgrades to the squad. This isn’t football manager. I have no doubt that we have several targets but we have players stuck here on ridiculously lucrative contracts who we can’t move on because nobody will pay them what we are paying. Show a bit of patience and have a bit of respect.

@@KennyJBY I agree. It looks one out before one can come in. Our players are all on higher wages than others will pay so it's hard to shirt them. It's a terrible situation, but not of Clement's making. The league will likely be done by October. The squad is so poor and the starting 11 is worse.

We won’t sign a striker if we have Danillo there.

And Rangers know this yet they have lost Silva, Roofe & Lammers we have even less strikers yet we haven't bought a single striker in yet. Something is not right starting with less while knowing it was a priority position to be filled.

the only decent signing so far has been Connor Barron who is young and Scottish and cost us very little, why do we not buy more Scottish players and take a chance on players like Lennon Miller and Shankland is a no brainer, we would get him for around 2 million.

The board are the blame for absolutely everything thats wrong with this club. We can all call out players, managers and stuff along those lines but everything, even the beale saga falls straight at the feet of the board. The transfer policy over the past 6 years has sunk this club to the point where we now have a team that imo, is around 3rd in the league quality. Its the worst team weve had since we came up from the championship.

Worrying thing is we have a large section of our support who deny this. They honestly try to claim he can hold the ball up well, gets into good positions, is just unlucky & needs better service. All lies. 30 years old and still does not understand the offside rule. Never ever makes a run in the box. Expects the team to do the dirty work while he stands static with the hands out. Can not place a shot just skelps it straight at the keeper. Would rather have Franny Jeffers as number 9 tbh.

Signing decent SPL players is hardly going to get us in to the Champions League and catch up with Celtic. They are good signings for Hearts but not good enough for us. We already have guys like Scott Wright who are proof of this.
