In the Cold War mod NATO is a defensive only alliance just like in real life. In the mod it is represented with guarantees, non-aggression pacts and military access.

In the mod NATO is not like a faction where if you declare war on a country all of NATO cant join. NATO in the mod is a collective defence much like in real life so NATO will only be called in if you have been declared war on, not if you declare war on someone else. The reason behind this is so that WW3 doesn't start for lets say if some minor NATO nation declaring war on another minor nation, because if NATO was a faction it would start WW3 so our system makes it so it is more realistic and that you can only have NATO in the war if you have been declared war on. Please read the tutorial at the start, it explains everything, literally al youtubers over look it and say "I know how to play this mod" when they don't, so you could be the first youtuber to read the tutorial and say for real "I know how to play this mod" without lying.

If only it was that easy... Gun channels were among the first endangered and guess what Pornhub have learned? That they're no RU-vid, they are actually still small in comparison and don't have needed server power to help people with this on top of it being a content foreign to their specialization. So they're actually trying to stop the uploads of non-"suitable" content. So nope, RU-vid stays a de facto monopolist that we've ourselves made it to be:(

Alex, I'm one of the devs for this mod. Previously, NATO was strictly a defensive alliance. Starting in the next update, you can call in NATO if the war is against the USSR or PRC regardless of whether its defensive or offensive. There are also many other improvements to balance and content on the way. Try the mod again in a few weeks! :)
