@@HeartsOfIronOfficial @averagetitoenjoyer Almost drowned by the howling of the air raid sirens, in the distance, Sousa's "The Liberty Bell" drones from the cloudy night sky, as the AA searchlights desperately try to make out the position of the attacking bombers... THEY HAVE COME. THE FLYING CIRCUS HAS COME.
I love the achievement names with references to monthy phyton like not much fun in stalingrad (it’s my favourite sketch with the spanish inquisition one)
As a modder myself, this sounds quite cool. But would we be able to make our own buffs tho, to different companies? As well would it be easily implemented into the game/incorporated into mods?
I don’t know if I’ll have room for support artillery anymore with all these new support companies. We will see when we see what integrated support (my favorite doctrine branch) does.
@@nikpan9744 yes it does and yes it help on making the tank working, but it doesnt disable the movement speed malus you get when you got cut off from supply, that part is the annoying part, if fuel is just a binary stat where as long as you have fuel and your division will be on full stat, fine by me, but when your tank have
Paradox should rework the trade mechanic so that you actually control the amount of resources you sell and for example half of your steel doesn't just go to waste in exchange for a small bonus in construction
I think it's mostly to nerf the USA, problem is their resources are completely wrong, it's like with Germany and Sweden, most of what they had came from Latin America, and just got refined in the USA Africa as well, in reality they had lots of mines and were crucial for the war, but in game it's just a barren land
It could be interesting for each country to get 1-2 unique support companies too, Royal Marine commandos for uk or nkvd company for the soviets or something
I would like to see some sort of scrapper support company. A support unit purely on capture and reuse of enemy equipment. I don't know how much historic value there would be to that, but say you are a sizable country with a larger manpower than you have factories to support, and you get invaded. How nice would it be to just take the gun from the enemy soldier that just surrendered, and use it to fight back? A true underdog tactic.
Super heavies can only be support companies. How dare they. There was nothing quite like playing Canada with the sole intent of producing a single fat heavy tank division for 1944.
I am concerned of max divisions of infantry with field hospitals. How is it a single support company is more effective the MORE soldiers are wounded? Shouldn't there be diminishing returns or a cap?
I guess the more Soldiers you have at hand, the more wounded can be replaced, or just think that out of the 1000 Guys in one Battalion 50 are Combat Medics if you slap that into your Division.
Will super heavy tank design affect the bonus from the support company? If you give the tank more armour for example will the support company give more armour to the division?
21 width artillery with the recon and rangers. Just hide in the hills, plains and forests. Surrender the marshland, or station offensive infantry there and light tanks.
Whyyy where super heavy tanks removed from regualr designer I know they are rarely use but still, they are cool on there own. + we need more wonder wapons :p Also im from slovenia and i play yug So it would be cool if i could deploy almost unkilleble partizan units in the mountains and forest (historical) Have a nice one
why the hell would the military police fight in a front line battle in the middle of world war 2? did that really happen? i thought police was ment to supress the resistance (as it is actually in the game now) or do what the police usually does acting like a civil force inside their country... not in military army conflict with another country... it makes no sense this buff on them, you made this change just to make them more viable to put them on the main frontline template, which is already full of many other support companies. adding PM there is bad and it makes no historic sense (i guess?)...
Please, please for the love of god make a feature so that my troops stop picking up every piece of euqipment they find. I dont need it, I dont want it and Im sick of deleting all these pieces from my stockpile. Im a long time fan; got every DLC so please listen to this little, simple request
but how are SS different from wehrmacht besides being more experienced and well-equiped? You can fullfill those two points right now by training them and putting the highest priority for the division
@@Xeem_Pad The SS was not really more experienced. Whilst the Wehrmacht was the army of Nazi Germany, the SS was specifically the armed branch of the Nazi Party and started out as thughs beating up people who belonged to other political organizations in order to discourage them from voting.
SS divisions displayed worse performance throughout the war. In a way, the new militia unit shows this by being a downgrade of a standard infantry battalion. We need motorized militia
How much will this dlc be ? Kinda feels half arsed 😂no offense but i have seen better mods with one person making them, why not work on a game optimization patch fixes lag also fixes all trees and random events,
I hate how those new German models look 10x better than the ones made for the Italian dlc, the art team really dropped the ball on how awful the Italian ones look now
Nah they don't, they reskinned the partisan model and made all the clothing black for the MVSN models which is plain lazy and they also omitted the proper headgear for an MVSN soldier which would be identical to an Italian soldier but with a black shirt or in a dressed down variation just wearing a fez, the desert acclimatised skin looks great and the winter one is holding a British rifle, still no M13/40 skin for the tanks and the Bersaglieri look like they were ripped from Battlefield 1. The only good looking model is the marine one because it looks mostly correct.@@devon5154
why make hoi5 when hoi4 is still good and people still love it lmao there doesn't always need to be different new games with new number on it making hoi5 is just gonna split the player base its not gonna do any good
If you are experiencing issues with that system, please do send in a bug report! forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/forums/hearts-of-iron-iv-bug-reports.951/
I just want to remind you that this game takes place in the Second World War. not after. parachute tankers superheavy support and other bullshitssss Tragicomicc!!
super heavy tank lol, for the 30% of people that still play after 1942 cuz the game is not optimized! maybe for the next update upgrade ur engine so multiplayer is playable lol
It would seem so going by current rules... ...but also it wouldn't be that hard for Paradox to just update the paradrop requirement to not allow certain support companies..
