Will you run with hearts on fire?
"For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him" - 1 Chronicles 16:9
We believe in Jesus, and His Coming’s very near,
A people’s needed with their hearts on fire.
But what would Jesus do when in His ranks are very few,
to warn the world, spread the Word with desire?
Few hold the banner high, clothed in God’s armour they do cry
“Babylon, your day’s are numbered by the Lord.”
And out of you now come a people on Immanuel’s side,
And spread the Word, Oh, the zeal, with hearts on fire.
They move to and fro speaking truths men must know,
‘Cause they run (they run), with hearts (with hearts) on fire (on fire).
Thousands come to the Lord as in Pentecost before,
‘Cause they run (they run) with hearts (with hearts) on fire.
God’s ranks begin to swell with a Loud Cry they love to tell,
And warn the world, the end is near, who will you fear?
Protestants awake or you’ll be far from heaven’s gate
I tell you truth, the Spirit moves with hearts on fire.
The Spirit moves within the hearts of those who are on fire,
The entrance of Thy Words do give us light, give us light and understanding.
I share with you this song and pray that you will come along,
And together in God’s Spirit we’ll grow strong.
The battle over sin in this world rages deep within,
join the Lord, and let’s run with hearts on fire!
