We just attended the Two Towns 13th Harvest Party last Saturday here in Corvallis, OR - it was fun. This company is an excellent example of starting small and hitting it big - You guys can do it too! We just pressed yesterday and I have my first batch of Honey Crisp cider up and running. We had a bumper crop this year. I always enjoy your videos and look forward to your progress.

Just life! Our baby Evelyn is taking up 50% of our time right now because she doesn’t sleep hahha and we are focused on the Cidery timeline! We want to break ground this summer so we are finalizing local township approvals and contractors! If everything goes to plan, we should have a lot of good project updates starting in the spring. Sorry for the delays and thanks for checking in on us :)
