PROPER use of heat is the key! How many heat tools isn’t AS important as protecting the integrity of the hair, and educating people on #how to use heat in order to guard against heat damage.

It’s definitely straight!👀 Almost too straight because it appears to be resistant to holding a curl? It’s straight-4-certain! It’s nice and heavy, it has good movement. My only critique is to try clips to hold the curl in place, while you curl the rest of the hair….For a more “body-FUL” result, on top of being sleek! Nicely executed!👍🏾 I use #clips when that happens. Just to give the hair time to accept the manipulation…But of course depending on the style goal of the Client.

The brushes with boar bristles are best if you're a beginner because it gives a good grip on the hair while you are learning.

So a client had heat damage. You roller set and put her under a dryer on High Heat. Then you take out rollers and Blow Dry with More Heat. Then you finish off with Flat Iron and More Heat. Um-m-... how is this better again? Seems like adding the hair dryer in addition to the usual blow dryer and flat iron is illogical if you're trying to back off of the heat. And before anyone says well the roller set was safer,... heat is heat... especially if hair is already damaged. Just saying.

Her hair is hella thin she should have kept that roller wrap it would have went str8 in a few days considering how thin her hair is. She need to lay off that heat. U did a good job through 😊 as a stylist ur job is to give the ppl what they want.

On your booksy website it says for the round brush and flat iron option for type 1-4a , it says come with hair washed and ready , what do you mean by ready like wet or dry , do you want it washed the day of the appointment or the day before it ? Just asking so I don't get it wrong by assuming 😊
