Why he wants preferential special treatment when other prisoners don't have access to electronics devices? We have seen prisoners raided those devices taken away and money. There's hard copies of Bill of Rights if he needs that. And he needs cheap box of pencils, eraser, and writing paper pads for his case. And no pen it can be use as a weapon

He has lawyers, private lawyers not even Legal Aid, he however wanted to represent himself on some parts of the trial because he feels “2” 30min visits a month with his attorneys are not enough to brief them so he prefers doing it himself to ensure everything he wants to present to the court is fairly presented
I also think he has a right to defend himself, and also thought the judge lost her cool. However, I am not convinced he need a laptop for it. His financial resources should not give him added advantage against other prisoners or the law.

They can only freeze his accounts if he stole state money. All the money he has made scamming individuals is seen as a business transaction or gift and can only be concidered otherwise once the individuals open cases and are able to win the case and prove the scam. So he's probably living off what he made in his skeems.
Cmon guys constitutional right to access the internet as a prisoner, hayibo,the only access is your basic right to food and a lawyer. His lawyer can bring a laptop under the courts supervision.
