Drake is a very good artist. With that being said he has not passed Jay Z in my opinion. Sonically or public influence wise. He has had a very strong run but I don’t think he has albums that we deem undeniable classics. He may have Jay on features though. Musically, Jay-Z puts albums together in a way that no one can fuck with. Musically, he is superior to everyone.
