Well that is women they are not direct communicatiors they are everywhere. For men we find this frustrating since we prefer direct communication. Women get frustrated with us too because our style of communication they tell you a problem you jump to the solution but what they wanted was an empathy vibe this isn't natural for us but obviously we can do it to get what we want.

You are right and as an older female (Gen X) I work on this a lot; honesty is kindness but most women won’t hear even innocuous truths. They have an internal fantasy world and if you contradict it, that’s it.
