A heated jacket liner and gloves are game changers for cold weather riding. I'm not an "all year rider", but I'll keep going until the roads in my riding areas get salted. Too me, road riding here in New England during winter(mid-Nov. through early March) is not fun and its dangerous. Road salt, wet leaves, black ice, frost heaves and pot holes take me off the road until the season change.

Thanks for the video John. You convinced me to purchase heated gear. I rock my harley winter riding gloves and after an hour in 40-50 degree weather, my fingers dont stay warm for long. Definitely be riding more now once I get heated gear. Safe travels on your trip.

Been rocking my gerbing heated gear for some time. Love it. Everything from the socks up to the gloves. Only problem is, sometimes I warm my self up so much that when I get off the bike and unplug, I start to freeze even when I’m working my way to the warmer climates lol.

I had various sets of battery gloves. They run out so damn fast. Cyclegear had a set of wired heated gloves that plugged right into the little pigtail or whatever u wanna call it that the battery tender plugs into. Gloves have switches on them so no extra controller needed like the gerbing stuff. Gonna try ‘em out today Yesterday snow and ice Around noon we get to 34-35ish. Hoping these gloves do the trick
