Could you please tell me how to find out the treating temperature with respect to the physical properties of emulsion?

Typically, treaters are heated between 100°F and 158° F. The viscosity of the oil, desired BS&W levels and if it’s a vertical or horizontal heater treater will help determine operating temperature.

What is the better one for using on shore, mostly here using the vertical type but it very high maintenance cost when work at high, So I would try to know about the horizontal is practical instead

Horizontal heater treaters have several advantages over vertical treaters. Horizontal treaters can handle larger volumes of liquid and can be fitted with baffles and other internal pieces that aid in the separation process. Because horizontal treaters are lower to the ground and usually of a larger diameter, maintenance is more easily performed. Whether you use a vertical or horizontal treater really comes down to your specific needs and the application.

What if I heat crude oil at 130 degrees Fahrenheit, at atmospheric storage tank(api 650) with submersible coils circulating diathermic oil?

All of the separation of oil/water/gas should take place in the heater treater prior to getting to the storage tanks. Longer retention times or higher temperatures in the heater treater would improve separation.
