I think she acted that way was because she was obviously being abused but I also feel like that she had no shoulder to cry on when that was happening to her, so she completely lost it when she thought the only person (suho) in her life was leaving her for jukyung :(

When watching your crush (Suho before they confessed) with your best friend (soojin) would be painful and she wanted not to come in his and soojin's way so she tried to avoid him. But she never knew than Soo Jin really had feelings for Suho (that weren't feelings tho that was affection bcz at that time only Suho was there on Soo Jin's side). She thought that Suho like Soo Jin. But then they confessed and were dating so Soo Jin told im jugyeong clearly that she has feelings for Suho so she told her after a while that they were dating but Soo Jin said that's alright she'll sort her feelings but then as soojin's mental health was not very fine so she did what his father told me that she only has to win so she turned into a villain + I don't hate any character and would really love if ppl did the same too..

He did right thing ..he only started ignoring her after he came to know her intensions towards jk .. before he definitely cared for her ..of course he didn't express that well but he cared for her as a friend ..he was himself broken so he understood her ..but what she did .... nothing can justify that ...
Happened to me in highschool. I was the one who apologized for ignoring them just so we can save the friendship. But now she isnt my bestfriend anymore because she doesn't deserve me.
I hаte the scene where he just used Soojin so Jukyung would be jealous. Like cant you see how you hurt Soojins feelings with that. You give her hope and than just crush it away.
I'm really curious, when did Suho give Soojin hope? From what I saw, he just try to be a friend to her. Asked her problem at home, helped her with her father problem, offered his help about her father but he still tried to be respectful for not really pushy about it to her. Suho and Jukyung never give hope for more than a friend to Soojin and Seojun. They were just tried to be a friend to them. But I understood why Seojun and Soojin saw their kind gestures as a friend as a hope for more than a friend gesture. They really couldn't help it bc they were in love with their nice friend. Seojun always aware that Jukyung never loved him more than a friend and Soojin needed open her eyes like Seojun did. From my perspective of the drama, when Suho got to know Jukyung and be a friend to her, Suho realized how Jukyung helped him through his problems as a good friend, a good listener, how to comfort a friend, etc. and he learned from Jukyung and finally understood how to help friends with their problems so he became more attentive with people around him including his childhood friend, Soojin. He always knew Soojin's problems with her father but he used to do not know how to help her. Now that he learned from Jukyung, he knew how to help friends and showed them that you cared for them.
@@wputri8526 it's probably said SUHO IS UNINTENTIONALLY HURTING OR GIVING SOOJIN HOPES because soojin in that scene is having a little crush on suho. Suho didn't know, though. But soojin like suho and of course she will assume, right? Even us also, if we like someone and they'll give a motive that they like us we will assume. Maybe that's what she meant
Maybe you are right but put yourself in his position, you can control your feelings if you are in love, he felt that jk was fading away from him but they got they got their happy ending
when soojin was suffering from his dad's abuse nobody saw it except for suho and he also helped her thats why she fell inn love with him and its natural but she just couldnt handle the fact that he didnt loved her which made her loook bad in the series but she is the best character she was going through a lot and still managed to get over it .....
*soojin is not your typical character that once you hate them you will hate everything of them no matter what but actually she is the character that makes you mad and dislike her but eventually understand why she did those things and makes you feel bad that she had to go through that* *all im saying is that she is like us when we dont know what to do, stuck, feeling suffocated we do stuff that we will regret later on*
Maybe I can relate and understand Soojin more, that’s why I can’t hate her. In real life I feel like more people experienced what Soojin did, not everyone lucky enough to be loved by our crush.
I felt so sorry for her. I mean the director made 2 girls end their friendship over a boy. Put your yourself in her place, you have a abusive father so they always get compared and abused . The only person that helps is a boy with you liked since you were little. Imagine your best friend suddenly start dating that boy . I mean it wasn’t anyone’s fault but they could’ve showed her getting with someone else. The ending was good tho

Soojin is one of the best k-drama characters.She's pressured by her dad on her studies to beat Soo Hoo and doing her best for her to be Soo Hoo's Girlfriend but Ju Kyung won Soo Hoo's heart and Soojin is being hated b a lot of people because of what she did on Ju Kyung, see Soojin's life is so sad but she's strong.

I love how she just store it in her heart so that jugyeong and her wouldn't break that quick. She deals with grades, parent issues, friendship and love… She helps jugyeong the most 💞
When you treat your best friend as your sister and one day you found out that they have a relationship with your bestfriend, you will ignore your best friend because everytime you see them together, that was so hurtful
Sometimes I wonder if Soojin really LOVED Suho or wanted what Ju Kyung had. She craved for the affection Ju Kyung was getting without making an effort. Tbh I've been in that situation and it's really easy to mistake that feeling for love. Still happy that she got a happy ending :))

Omg, I loved her strong character, but if you watch the drama, you know she was broken inside. You can't go around holding all that pain and pressure inside for too long. At some point you snap and hell will break loose. That's what happen to Soo Jin.

Soojin is my favourite character. She handles everything so perfectly and still try's to smile when we all know that nothing is going right in her life. Her family is abusive and just want good grades, Her boy bestfriend never tried to understand her while she was always there to support him while when she made a friend, She got together with her crush whom she loved since the starting. Just imagine if this happens to you, will you be able to survive? will you be able to take all of this without crying like her? would you be able to see him looking at another girl with loving eyes while he ignores you? I would definetely say if i was in her place i would not like to live on the earth or do something much worse to my friend. i would make sure they never get together. We all would. Im proud of her so much that she handes this so nicely. she is the most HUMAN character in this drama. we all make mistakes. SHE JUST WANTED TO BE LOVED...

I like this a lot. My issue is only that people kept saying they didn't see how she was so upset with JK and Suho but they're both backstabbing liars. They were literally treating this girl wrong. Both lying to her and hurting people left and right. On top of that, she kept trying to be there for them and they kept pushing her away even though they know about her home life. Like what kind of friends are they? That's rhetorical. We all know they basically leave people out to hang when they are going through something. It's evident.

Eventhough i like jugyeong my favoritearacter in true beauty is Soojin . She have been through a lot according to the drama and i personally think she deserves a boyfriend who loves her whole heartedly at the end of the drama.
