Heathkit IM-38: Restoration 

Here's another item from the George Collins' collection that I showed in my 1,000 subscriber episode: a Heathkit IM-38 AC Vacuum Tube Volt Meter (VTVM).
This particular item was in good shape, all it needed were a few new capacitors and resistors, plus a little attention to the meter movement.
