I forgot to mention these are meant to be used on 80/90% dry hair, and the new instructions say you can use a cream (not water based). Comment below if you’d try these or if you think they’re worth it! They’re on sale for $24.99 ❤️ link in bio if interested.
That's too much trouble for me since I only stretch my hair on a wash n go. Love your always honest reviews. I can't wait to see how your wand curls turn out... 😍😍
GIrlllllll! I bought some of these and I am waiting on their next round of production to receive mine. WOW!!! Ok, OK, they work! I trust your opinion, so I'll be patient in receiving mine, plus I want to support the sista who created them. ...I've done the actual African threading and let me tell you, it takes a LOT of time if you want it done right! Your hair looks good and your daughters are beautiful. Thanks for the video, I think you are the only one has done a review on these!
FroNegrita - they are coming very soon!!! We are working hard to try to get these out to you all’s we are hoping to receive the next shipment soon. Thank you for your business!
@@kelechibradley1314 Thank you for using soft velcro. The only other issue for me is tying the elastic around my hair with the long, trailing mesh pad thingys hanging off. Is there a way to tie the elastic band around your hair and then attach the mesh wrapping pads as you go?
Nice video! I was curious about these. You can do something similar with strips of silk. SistaWithRealHair did a video on it. Also, it might be neat to try these on a braidout or twist out.
@@WhizkeyGamer Why not? I was just mentioning it. Didn't watch the whole video. What's the point of getting mad over an insensitive comment? Go do something better please and don't start anything.
I saw this on another platform, but didn't like the velcro. I will stick with my banding... I would like to see what effect these have on hair after a period of time.
This product was inspired based on the ancient technique called African Threading. It all give you similar results in a fraction of the time. Some women live stretching their hair and this tool is a good alternative way to get a heartless stretch ❤️❤️❤️
I was gonna get them last yr but I didn't because I didn't want the wait and what I needed them for I would not have gotten them in time. As for the time, the reason it took so long to get to you was because they send what they had back to the factory and fixed a few things (especially the velcro part) as per consumer comments
baybeetricia - hello there, yes we definitely wanted to fix the problem because we didn’t want to customers to experience any damage from using the original because they have to carefully be applied. Let us know if you have any questions about the product and we would be glad to answer. Thanks!!
I was going to try then since I seen them on Instagram I hope they don't do that to me I do love concept of the new invention of the old version of the African threading and banding Love how it got your stretch as if you blow dried and flatiron iron I will definitely try them thanks for the review👍♥️
Daphneamy360 AkA Daphne's World! - please let us know if you have any questions about the AfriThreaders. We are working hard to get this product out as soon as possible. Thanks!
🤔 so How many times per week do you do this and how long do you leave it on like that and does this " STRETCHING" method really work. Also are you type 4A or type 4b i doubt it would work on 4c hair🤦
ChocolateCurls317 - please let us know if you have any questions about our product. We have a large order coming in soon so we will be shipping out product very soon.
@@HazelGoddesss what think of them now? I end buying ribbons for heatless stretch. I saw Naturally Shelle, it looks like her ribbon method inspired by SistawRealhair looks like a way better method than Afrithreaders
I'm getting these I would rather sleep in these Than do my regular daily blow dry the price is worth it seeing as they seem like nice quality and they are reusable
Aleycia Ballantyne thats a thing?! Vapor rub for weight loss vapor rub to reduce nose size and now it grows hair too? Yeah Imma need a video on THAT please lol 🙏🏼😂
Azara Armstrong I just like tingly stuff on my scalp and yes I heard it grows hair. I’m just scared BC it’s a petroleum like consistency. I’m not sure if it’s the best for the scalp.
Nice review but this is wayyy to much work especially when your hair past shoulder length l...you may as well use goody headbands and wrap them down the length especially since you are banding the first one then your sleeping on a ballie🤔🙄
