Hallelujah! My Mother was anointed by the Holy Spirit too! She gave me the gift so that when she wasn't around I had somewhere to turn. My Mommy's insurance that my soul would be saved for eternity and she never had to worry. Look what your mother did to hundreds of believers! Pure beauty. You lucky son.
Now, this is real. I've seen alot of so-called praise breaks on youtube, but this one is pretty much the real deal. Seeing the people praising the Lord just brought tears to my eyes.
Eddie your right to a certain degree. Now there is a lot of shouting performances. Let me show you my step in the front of the church, then someone else has to put on their performance and “out dance” you. This is when the spirit of God moved the people not being seen as it is today.

30 minutes later...still watching! Just listening to the organ makes me want to start running!! I really like the fact that the preacher encourages the church to "shout" or "Leap for Joy". Preachers/Pastors nowadays would stop the music and persue with their man-made programs.

This is a real praise dance. You can tell the ones don't come from the heart. The Bible did say praise him with a Holy Dance though, timbrels, instruments. We were designed to praise God. We supposed to give him the glory.

Yes Lord! This was when the Holy Ghost had it's free course in our church services. No form or show. Bishop Johnson praising God! Lord have mercy! Preachers like the late Bishop Johnson and Bishop Ellis are rare today. They believed in praising God and the services were led by the spirit of the Lord!
I used to love this church when I was a kid. I was always excited to leave my small Apostolic Church in Romulus Michigan and visit this one. after church they had the best rolls you've ever eaten in your life

I love seeing videos like this, when people used to really fear God and worship him in spirit and in truth unlike today where it's nothing but a show and all about fancy footwork. This reminds me if my church home. where there is nothing but liberty. Everybody feel free to search for videos under the title Pastor Charles Waldrop. I recognize the choir and their Director from a TV show that comes on in the wee hours of the morning. The Director is a beast and the choir is strong.

Well.....churches today will give you a good two mins to shout. This church gave you about ten mins to get it in! And the white man got started early! Im not mad at all! I know them folks should have left that service renewed! (smile)
There are so many things about this video that I love. But the one that I want to point out is, if you didn't know who Bishop Ellis was, you would never know who the Pastor of this church was by watching this video. Why? Because he was clapping and praising just as hard as everyone else. And that my friends we do not see any more.
