Minapin is a beautiful village in the district Nagar of Gilgit Baltistan. It is part of Nagar Valley which is one of the most beautiful valleys of Gilgit Baltistan. Minapin is the gateway to Rakaposhi major treks that leads to Rakaposhi basecamp also known as Tagaphari or Tagafari originate from this village.
Nagar valley is blessed with some of the most beautiful mountains of the world including Rakaposhi, Diran, Golden peak, and Rush Pari peak. The rush lake which is considered the highest Alpine lake in Pakistan is also situated in Nagar Valley.
