How to make No Bake Cheese Cake🤔😁❤️🙏🏽 @JDmeals
Ingredients
300g digestive biscuits
800g cream cheese
Butter
Sugar
Icing sugar
Double cream
Sour cream
Lemon juice
Instructions
preparing the crest
Break or food process your choice of biscuits, add butter and sugar and bind well then poured into a spring baking tin and cover with baking paper. Pour all the biscuits in the tin then press down firmly using a spoon then freeze for 2 hours.
Making the topping
I use strawberries and blueberries here but it’s up to you.
Wash and slice the strawberries then add sugar and lemon juice then bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes then hand blend. Simmer for a further 15 minutes until a thick jam is formed then leave to cool down.
Making the cream
In a large bowl, add cheese cream, sour cream, powdered/icing sugar and lemon juice then gently use hand blender until a thick consistency is formed. In another bowl pour double cream and using a hand mixer for up to a minutes make a thick paste. Add to the first mixture and use a spatula to fold it in properly.
Assembling the cheesecake
After 2 hours, add the cream to the crust and and your favourite toppings then leave over night then enjoy the next day😁😋❤️.
