It includes all the above information and how to place leverage under the handle. It may be needed sometimes to get the blade leveled when replacing one of the bolts. It may be a dull blade, and I tried to share that later in the above-linked video. But it could be the issue I showed in that video. The more I took apart the machine, the more I learned. Hi there!! You have saved my life! I have tried looking for more explained videos but never found them. I just have a couple of questions, my cutter does not have the 2mm up at the end, it is just flat and I don't know what to do to fix that. And, my second question is what if my blade started to cut less at the beginning than at the end, do you happen to know how to fix it? Thanks so much for the help again.
Hi Teacher Steph Solis. First, I am happy you found the video helpful:) Sorry you're having issues with your machine. Based on your description, your blade seems aligned in reverse, cutting into the stick more at the end and less at the top, possibly with a 2 mm or close to spacing existing at the top end of the blade. Does it look this way? This spacing would account for it cutting less at the beginning than at the end. At least, it sounds that way:) I believe you should be able to adjust the blade by a series of adjusting and readjusting that vertical screw I showed in the video and the small top bolt. However, in the video, at 8:05, where I showed the extreme case of misalignment, I mentioned how sometimes loosening the middle bolt might be required if the realignment is way off. But from my experience, I would only try that after trying the first option. If the space at the top end of the blade is not that great, I believe the first option should solve the issue. After using the machine for a while, I suspect realigning the device will not be a one-time thing because of the moving parts. I am not sure if that explanation makes sense to help in the meantime. I can try to see if I can recreate a similar situation with my machine and try to realign it within the next week or two. If I can't, I'll comment here. Thanks for watching!
The space does not exist at the beginning nor at the end. It does not have the inclination but some how it does not cut at the beginning 😞 I hope it makes sense. I'm gonna try and see adjusting it as you mentioned, thanks a lot for the help❤️ I'll stay tuned for that video.
Ok. Then I believe adjusting that screw and bolt would fix it. Try to align it where the top end cuts into the stick just a bit and the bottom end has a small spacing. That should solve the not cutting at the top. That is how my machine is aligned:) I hope you can get it fixed ❤️

Hi, I am not 100% sure I understand you correctly. However, if you're referring to the blade not clamping down on the paper correctly, this video here ---> ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3GuFbWj23MY.html . I tried helping with correcting that. The video has time stamps, so you can go to that section of the video:) Unfortunately, if the threads on the vertical bolt are damaged, I am not sure if that can be fixed. Looking at the machine, it seems it would require all three bolts to be removed to remove the metal plate to access the vertical bolt. That way, you can size and replace it at a local hardware store. But I have not done it myself; it just looks that way watching that part of the cutter. Once assembled, it would also need aligning. I hope that helps.

Hello, thanks a million... You got one subcriber 😂😂😂 One more question, Whenever i cut the paper according to the paper size alignment given on the board/base the result of the paper angle of the corner is always wrong, it doesn't come out as 90° angel, it come as something like 100° .. please help! In this video, the realigning video, I pointed it out between 24:53 and 25:40. However, your question is excellent, especially since you phrased it according to the angle of the final cut. I just said it was not straight. Since I have held one to some of my end-cut spines from the past, I was able to measure it, and you are spot on, about 100 degrees vs. 90. This week I have some books I need to cut; I will do a short video demonstrating this. I hope the above information can help you, though. So thank you for your question also :)
