Billy Boxes are Made in the USA (Austin, Texas) by trained and certified craftsmen who take tremendous pride in their work. We use seam welds where others use tac welds or rivets, and use a one-piece lid and front/bottom/back design. Everything about your Billy Box, from material to construction, is designed for maximum durability and security.
Our boxes are made from 0.080″ aluminum sheet metal, which is 25-50% thicker than the competition. Brackets are made from 0.125″ aluminum. The Locking Mechanism is made from stainless steel for even more strength. Quite simply, we use the best material on the market because we design Billy Boxes for maximum durability and security.
