Nem ult, heavy exe, and stone cutting can make 325 prots to 137; and 80 prots on a squishy to 18. Little bit of flat pen extra will just be true damage to squishies

Since a lot of people in the comments are asking, Heavy Executioner does not lower the threshold for Silverbranch Bow. You still need enough attack speed to take you over 2.5, you're just not getting value out of the attack speed between 1.75 to 2.5.

I was using this build but I made some minor modifications. Manekin’s Starter, Golden Blade, Stone Cutting, Heavy Exe, Hydras, Arondight, Sell Mannekins For Qin Sais, and if you have time sell GB for bloodforge.

No, Silverbranch specifically got its item passive reworded to clarify it wouldn’t work

@@partydean17 it’s currently disabled (not removed) because it was providing way more cooldown than intended. Allowing for basically 80% cooldown if not more

You still want % pen on top, because the dynamic scaling doesn’t take effect immediately so you still get extreme value from your opener

Not really worth after the first hit though, % pen after all that reduction will be negligible

@@Napstablooky Disagree. If the tank has 325 Prots Nem Ult + heavy exe + stone cutting brings them down to like 137. Still plenty of Prots to percent pen. 20% pen of 137 Prots equals 27.4 pen. That's still worth. Granted he already had percent pen in Hydras. Just change out blood forge or arondight for Heart seeker if you want to get the 20%.
