Hey Captain Steven!! One word for this spotting session 😍😍😍 LOVE 😍😍😍!!!!!!! You know I just love my heavies!!! This was incredible!! I watched some of Jerry's live vid from London Heathrow Sunday morning. Pretty much all heavies there too, but your commentary is SO MUCH better!!! I enjoyed his vid, but appreciate yours so much more because your commentary is the tops!! You make me laugh and smile, and you're much more informative. In any event, I absolutely loved this. . . wow!! Watching all those heavies going by (for instance) the Southwest 737's just makes me appreciate the size of these heavy jets. It still amazes me that something that big and heavy can get off the ground -- LOL!! I do understand how, but it is still amazing!! Your ending shot was so very cool -- the Delta 'Thank you' ship -- so appropriate!!😉😉😉 And, of course, you are so welcome!! I watched this at work on my phone, but had to re-watch on my computer at home for the 'full effect'!! Thanks so much Cap!! Have a blessed day and see you on the next one!! Be safe in your travels!! 💕✈💕✈💕✈
When I was in the Navy in the mid 80's I flew in and out of ATL alot including one year landing during an ice storm which the plane felt like it was fish tailing when we landed. Also at the time only had 4 parallel runways, since then they added 10/28 to the south. Love the Dreamliners. Hope to fly on one some day.
Yesterday I was at the Cubs game at Wrigley field & ohare was landing their heavy jets on 28R & 28C so they flew right over us. Pretty cool. Saw three 747’s.
Just stumbled onto your channel - that was fun! I’ll have to check out all your videos. The only problem with ATL spotting is that everything is Delta. At Newark, it’s United, et al. At JFK, you do get some variety, but I live in NY and I still won’t hike to JFK unless it’s absolutely necessary!
Wow this video really puts into perspective just how small all the U.S. airlines planes are compared to the overseas planes they seem to spare no expense
@@CaptainStevenMarkovich oh ok remember reading somewhere that Delta was taking over the lease of Lan Tam 350s. A couple weeks ago i saw two of 350s here in Miami.
Hi Jeffrey. Sounds like you haven’t heard my story. I’m actually a retried fishing Captain. That said I’ve traveled the world and have flown over 5 millions miles Thanks for watching 👍
@@CaptainStevenMarkovich Cool! I just retired from UAL Dispatch where I took care of Sports Charter Operations for the Dispatchers and the Front End Crews. Thanks Again!
Enjoy your videos and your comments on each. To see this one at Delta Airline Home fantastic. Keep on spotting. You should be able to get into parking lots free. Your promoting the airport and airlines. From Tamarac, Florida.
Kent. Yes open to the public. The long term international parking lot the other is from a balcony at the Renaissance Concourse Hotel. It wasn’t in this video but I believe you can walk from the terminal to the South daily lot a great place to film.
Welcome to my Hometown Airport!! You hit the Inbound/Outbound International pushes. Other times it's a lot of narrowbody birds (SW/FR/NK and DL A320 family birds). Getting harder to catch the Rocketships.
Amazing video Captain Steven. If you and the boss lived in ATL you would be there hours and hours a day. Looking forward to another ATL spotting. The videos from AMS should be incredible. Safe travels back to TPA. Hi to the boss please.
Hey Captain Steve. Atlanta is the busiest airport by passenger numbers while O’Hare is the busiest by numbers of flights, so they kind of share the title.
You made my decision for me,I’m heading to ATL with a room at the Renaissance for a long weekend, any suggestions Steve, besides a Delta ticket.🤣 Oh yeah, nice vid.
