In my country Cyprus when it’s raining the streets are dead nobody comes out of their houses ,it’s really superb to watch these people walking or playing in the rain!

I live in a part of the world where the rain is usually very cold. So I love that these kids can actually go outside and play in the warmer rain storms.

I have seen many videos like this. What none of the bloggers have thought of is that viewers want to know is where does it all drain off to. Show us where all that water goes ...it's path.

When watching this video I suspect that the rain storm must be on the warm side and not a cold rain, because so many people are soak and wet just walking around in the rain.

I remember the heavy rain all too well, was driving my Vios and some places were SO inundated that we actually got stuck trying to get BACK out! Smart of some homes to build raised platforms, the rain can wreak havoc on the engine.

I am living in that area of Central Signal Village Taguig City, before it was not a flooded area but I don't know the reason why there's a lot of place in the central signal village that gets flooded when it rains.

Heavy rain, flooding is such a fun and enjoyment there, they are getting drenched happily and having fun so nice to see thanks for your lovely video.

Funny to see umbrellas being used when everything is wet. The same with buying bottle water when there’s clean rain water that can be captured.

This is fascinating to watch - in the UK we don't often get rain like this and it would be reported as a major disaster (and it's cold and horrible!)
