I really wish this game would have continued on with the dlc. I loved this game and my favorite character is Norman Jaden and if they continued these dlc we would have found out how Norman got that scar on his face. When I heard they discontinued them I was upset.
Techie D he got that scar because of his girlfriend. Basically the actor who played Norman Jayden (Leon Ockenden) Said when they scanned the actors faces he had a crazy gf at the time and she scratched his face with her fake nails. The scar just came from his gf that’s all :/
They initially planed to have 4 DLC's, one for each character. I am still wondering what they had in mind for Ethan's rather boring pre-Heavy Rain life. Jaydens story was going to be about how he got addicted, would have been pretty interesting!
It might be just me, but Madison's voice sounds so light and carefree, unlike in the actual Heavy Rain, where she's much more serious. I suppose it's because she didn't know just how dangerous things could get until now.
I think they should have made a WHOLE game with this concept! A reporter who sneaks into different scary locations and like you sort of play the same way as this level with different outcomes and endings.
Yeah that would of been a good grisly slap in the face, the rest of the characters still looking for the Oragami killer and there you are taxidermied forever.......
Just got done playing this DLC. Surround sound, lights out, 1 in the morning and it creeped me the fuck out. I knew there had to be something messed up with this guy, but god damn. The nurse lady that you see when you first walk into his bedroom gave me the chills. In terms of atmosphere, this was very well put together.
Actually, it was revealed in the extra’s that the reason she suffers from insomnia in the main game is the result of Post Traumatic stress disorder as she was before the start of the game a war correspondent in Iraq
I'd suggest checking out the 'Detroit' trailer! It's based on a PS3 visual test video called 'Kara'. Not sure if it's for the PS4, but pretty sure it is.

I read on the Heavy Rain-wiki that it was cancelled because the time and money went into making the move-edition. what a fucking epic fail that was. I wont ever try the move-version(although I got the controller, 100% impulse-purchase).I wished they´d make the rest of the episodes.
So they had an Origami Killer, a Taxidermist Killer and that weird drug dealing drill killer guy AND wanna be serial killer rich kid all in the same city. That city is depressing as fuck !
Thanks for uploading. I never even realized there was Heavy Rain DLC until I was reading some Heavy Rain info in the wiki recently after watching someone else play through the main game.
I was disapointed with this. Its far too short and escaping is far too easy. I was expecting it to be more like the scene in heavy rain when she is tied up in the basement, or the house would be much more complex and you would have to try and figure out how to escape. If you have ever seen the Wes Craven film The People Under the Stairs, you'll know what I mean.
I just did a fresh re-run through of heavy rain which is why I’m back here, but if Madison found this killer shouldn’t she be more famous in the original game? This is a big find for a journalist
it sucks the steam PC version apparently did not include this PS3-exclusive DLC. this reminds me of Maniac Mansion, People Under the Stairs, the Daughters/Bedroom DLCs for Resident Evil 7, and parts of Indigo Prophecy in terms of "you are in a scary place you are not supposed to be, and you better not get caught and better find a way to escape before it's too late." Everyone check out those other things if you want more stuff like this.
I don’t know why I thought that when you get the ending where she gets killed and the police don’t show up it showed a brief scene of Madison as a stuffed mannequin, I could’ve sworn that was something that was shown🤔 if anything they should have added that just to make that ending even more gruesome lol
I find it funny how they can't tell what the cause of death was in the last one. Lower half sawed up, saw next to him, Madison leaving fingerprints on it, how do you piece this together!?

Nope. Still a PS3 exclusive. I guess Quantic Dream considers the Heavy Rain DLCs an abandoned project. There were supposed to be more but they got cancelled in favour of the PS Move controls.
the second scenario will suit me fine,fk the first one. just finished heavy rain first time playing it,took 8 hrs then was curious to see if there was like a bonus chapter so started that.. right now I'm in the house and he's just came back. I switched it off.. 😂
I'm sorry but whatever controller you're using is really annoying. It seems to be extremely difficult to hit the right keys at the right time. I'm so glad I played it when it was on PC
That doesn't ruin a game first of all. It makes people interested in a game that they never knew about. Second of all you'll learn when stating your opinion you need to back it up with some kind of proof so that you sound reasonable. What you said is obvs wrong but if you backed it up, then you could have actually made a decent argument and possibly be right about the game "ruined"
Probably because this was set acouple of years earlier than when we first meet Madison in the first Heavy Rain Game. That.. Or they simply used a new voice actress, haha.
Could anybody help me get through the power plant gate. I pressed all 3 buttons at the same time. Still to no avail. Help me please. I can't get through the power plant barbwire gate. On heavy rain.
I hated her before but now when my mind is clear I really can understand what she felt but still this is stupid. She put herself in danger and she can't fight. She should at least learn how fight before pitting herself in danger. This is kinda my thing but I can fight and I know how defend myself.
This game is sooo much better with a DS3 than with a Move Controller... Tried to play it once with the move ctrl and it's just stupid, I don't know why thay implemented it...
