Nomadic have settlements in surrounds of cities or in empty areas of cities,their women baggering and men fetch water and watching there homes or do some works but they are few who works for their families,they eats cooked food,buy from shops
Government Departments and Organizations can help the national government to tackles issues common to the locals and help solve their problems faster. If this is a long growing local issues, I am sure they can find this easy to tackle
