Heavy rains cause floods in Cebu City | ANC 

Question: What are the Cebu government officials and Mayors doing to solve this floods?

I suggest to make the cost flood damaged every time it floof for whole year and cost of fixing the drainages. My guess is fixing the drainage system is advantageous in 4-5 years, think about it, will you!
