Just listening to Max coaching his athletes is really cool. You can tell he's a great coach as well as a great person with the way he coaches them and when he was talking with the one guy about mental toughness and looking ahead to the next lift. Respect!

I learned so much about coaching just by watching this video and hearing how Max not only cues his athletes, but how he builds them up and talks to them about mental toughness.
