Let's take a look at Heavyocity Uncharted 88. In this video, I want to show you a method of music production and how to compose a nerve-wracking horror trailer music track with the new Heavyocity Kontakt Sample Library Uncharted 88.
Unearth this new breed of deeply sampled and mysteriously edgy organic percussion that will get inside your head. Continue the DAMAGE journey and uncover why the piano is truly a thought-provoking percussive instrument.
The Heavyocity team broke down a piano to its rawest, most intimate-sounding sources - every inch of the instrument, including the strings, the iron plate, the wood frame and more was used to create new and unique percussive elements.

Writing a horror trailer album now and never heard of this library, it really is incredible! But also your technique and ability to create an entire track that has such a good rhythm and vibe from just ONE library is seriously impressive! Thanks for sharing!

Not an easy exercice, especially with that library. I am making ambient Atmo tracks at the moment, I really love it cause I can let my mind go wherever it travels. (First one will be out tonight at 7pm, second one on Sunday I hope) Coming back to this video, I know there is no specific rules to follow but since now, I never started a track with percussions but I will try as well. Good job Alex ! PS : did you listen to the trailer I made, following your last video on the subject, trying to reproduce similar structure ? Have a nice evening

The metronome sound in Studio One is some kind of awful.

I agree, it is kind of "rude" but the thing is, you can turn it down a lot and still hear it. Everything else, for example, the click in Cubase has to be really loud so you can hear it. With the UREI clicks working for a long time feels actually more comfortable.
