Early shippuden kakashi was keeping up with him pretty evenly hand to hand, and thought that an early kamui would've packed him up. That and naruto himself wasn't on kakazus level, it was only the rasenshuriken that was able to take him down.

Itachi was lying about Jiraiya as he was always on the Leaf's side despite being with the Akatsuki. He didn't want Kisame and himself to fight Jiraiya as that would lead to his death. Edo Itachi (P1 Itachi should be close to this version) scales directly to EMS Sasuke during their fight, meaning that he should easily be able to beat Jiraiya, especially if he's working with Kisame. Jiraiya scales below SM Naruto, and KCM1 Naruto and Edo Itachi were relative.

He in minato are stated to be the fastest ninja of their era, with the 3rd raikage not even being worth mentioning. Also KS sasuke gets speed blitzed ONE time by V2 ay then proceeds to react to him at least 2 times afterwards.
