He is attempting to explain what is occurring when the sword with two edges divides asunder the soul and spirit. He interprets it as though the word of God is being used by the Holy Spirit to "reveal" deep things beyond the soul and spirit. However, the word says it is DIVIDING the soul from the spirit. The separating of the soul and spirit is the death of someone not in the faith. This verse speaks about the eternal judgment of that nonbeliever. He is not doing any truth seekers any good service when he incorrectly handles this verse and fails to communicate the extremely dire warning it is meant to convey. It is about eternal damnation of the unbeliever. He does not say this in over forty minutes. Brilliant? He should have been way more direct.
