Bro my MATRIC and FSC DMCs doesn't have start date and end date.it only has result declaration date . What do i put in, in the hec start and end date ??

HEC made new rule for fees submission. Apko task denga courier Receipt ka uspr click karan or usma ek consumer number dia hoga . Usko kisi bi bank ka app pr 1 Bill invoice wala option ma jakar jama karan.Or bank ka fees submission wala message ki print out application form ka st lagana lazmi ha for payment verification.Then they will allow you to download Application form.
Hi, I’ve been asked by hec to pay online and proceed for the dispatch of original documents. However, only courier recipt task has been assigned where there is no payment details nor any consumer number. Please guide. Thanks
One more thing, in the TCS office, either you or any of your blood relations can send the documents. They do not accept documents if you do not have any blood relation with the applicant.

I got my sister’s original degree & transcript attested from HEC now she wants a sealed envelope to apply for WES. Can you tell me the process for that? Do original documents need to be send to Hec in a sealed envelope through TCS or photocopies? What will be the charges? And can it be done via TCS or do I need to go personally visit HEC again?
