My friend did an entire home theater in his living room using these speakers and I was so amazed at the sound for the price that I bought the 1000s as well. They are terrific speakers. The sound is very transparent with zero harshness. Also all of the seats sound great even those not in the middle. I don't think anything I've ever had comes close to the performance of these for anywhere near the price.
Just got the 1000s from your website! What avr/ stereo receiver would you recommend using to drive these? My roommate and I aren’t looking to spend a lot, ideally under $500 and we wouldn’t mind buying used. I hope you see this and indeed do give us some audio advice 😂 thanks!

You are welcome. Those are two very different speaker design philosophies. If you like horn speakers and their dynamics, the Klipsch are fantastic. The Hecos though are just very musical which appeals to a lot of people. Thanks for watching
I ABSOLUTLY LOVE this company. I would have loved to review a outstanding system like this when I wrote for Audioholics or AVS! I have a I have a 9.4.4 Def Tech set up in my theater. Man Id kill to replace it with this set up. Just saying. lol
Hi, considering the Heco speakers. You mention the 1000s kind of need a bigger room compared to then 700s. From what size would you recommend then1000s over the 700s? Would be great if you could say so in m2 but I’ll settle with feet ;)
@AudioAdvice Hi! Im very close to pulling the trigger on 1000’s. My living room is 30x10 and the speakers would sit along the 30 foot wall facing towards the 10 foot wall. The height in my living room is roughly 9-10 feet. Would the 1000’s be appropriate or would the 700’s be a better fit?? Thank you!
We would recommend the 1000's to really fill your the space. You can get away with the 700's in that room but the jump up will be worth it! Let us know what you think when you get them! Enjoy!
Do you guys know if Canada has Heco dealers? Only dealer I could find is Audio Advice. Nothing against you guys but importing kills what is an awesome price for a great speaker.

Using binaural microphones you can actually represent the pretty close to live experience of the sound for sure, there are lot of audiophiles like oluv's gadget use that to demonstrate the various speakers, I know it's "not" 100% authentic to like actually be there but brings most of the experience out of it and it's great to hear on headphones. Edit: I meant to say it's not 100% accurate (binaural representation) but does a better job
We have started using them in all of our home theater tours. There are still the limitations of YT to deal with but they portray the sound better than a lapel mic for sure! Thanks for watching and commenting.
The footage of watching movies was a bit sus. With rear directed dual bass ports these really sound much better when at least 10-12 inches from the walls in small rooms and even more in larger rooms.

A friend of mine was curious about these and asked me to check them out this video didn’t help really that much and doesn’t see the quality of the drivers are internal temperature good rub down I like the idea sounds good looks good but I don’t know how good it is I don’t doubt saying the inside particular I am concerned with the drive mechanism of the wall for being able to handle a power and you didn’t even quote a maximum power on it
