HECO knew of the 'OLD' POWER CABLE(S) 😡

I would Think they would be annual inspections by HECO on really old system like downtown China town to see if they should be replaced by new cable systems. That also go for old above cable systems that needs replacement that could cause fires.

Don't forget to file your Rule # 16 claims within a month! Make HECO reimburse you for all your losses due to their failures to provide you with a steady supply of the US's most expensive electricity!

They knew these repairs/replacements were needed, just waited until it was broke before they fixed it. Typical

This tech has existed for decades repairs and scheduled upgrades for aging equipment and transmission infrastructure should be a no brainer; instead of just worrying about shareholder payouts

Electricity is no joke, always better to be safe than sorry
