Highly sophisticated technology is what it should be called but this is beyond their feeble brain to comprehend ".Intelligence has been defined in many ways: the capacity for logic, understanding, self-awareness, learning, emotional knowledge, reasoning, planning, creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving". When the press crews did not get a raise for 5 years in a row quick change came to a halt. Why? Stop. take 10. Put another load in and take off. In a hurry for what? The boys up front made there money. Get a smoke and a long lunch. Start back up 8000ph.

You will never get a raise running one of these presses. They do everything. Not like us craftsman who dealt with conventional systems. Now you are just a glorified press man. Just another button pusher. Sad.
