My guess is 186.5... He looked a bit taller than Nick Best on The Strongest Man in History and a bit taller than Larry Wheels in a current video. Both measured exactly 6'1 or 185.4...

I think he is 188 cm. The biggest I could give as a boost was 2 cm no matter how hard I tried unless I stood on top of my toes.

In his latest video with Larry Wheels, he does look about a decent 6'2.25 (188.5cm) next to Larry who's very close to 6'1, probably 6'0.75 (184.5cm). He does look about 4cm taller than Larry in the video so that makes sense. Theres no chance he's 6'3 (190.5cm) though as witnessed here.

He’s 187, 190 was with a one leg stand plus a quick tip toe as he stepped down.

Hi Rob, I saw Eddie Hall at the arnold convention last year, I am 182cm tall and he was around an inch taller the difference wasn't that noticeable, I'd say he is a solid 6 foot 1 but no where near the 6 foot 3 he claims. When he was next to Larry Wheels they were both the exact same height and he claims 6"1.

Tbf, it looks like he's not standing optimally. As if he's bending a bit backwards. That's why I'm not a fan of the strict back to the wall approach. You should measure a person at their optimal posture

hey rob, i just turned 17 and i measured at 181.5cm absolute lowest using a stadiometer after a long day, my dad grew 4cm after he turned 17 and i have little to no facial hair so i dont think ive finished puberty (started it when i was 12 and a half). 6'1" or 6'1.5" I'll kill my hand, I saw him in a shopping center and I was right behind him, (me measuring 1m86) I guarantee you he was exactly my height. Eddie wore adidas sports and I wore Nike 200 but the sole was identical. There are several reasons why athletes like Eddie, boxers and wrestlers appear taller/shorter than they really are: 1) They wear lifts in their sneakers and dress shoes Most of them do this to show a certain charisma and star presence, it's not new because a lot of people put it on for that. 2) Camera angles. Depending on the height, distance and zooms on the camera, there are strange fluctuations in height. If the camera films from above, the people appear identical and if we film from bottom to top, one of the two individuals may appear taller especially because of the build of one of them but also position and posture... 3) Most lie. Just watch wrestling, in front view (no camera angle), you can see Bray Wyatt smaller than John Cena while this one is announced smaller than Bray normally. 4) Personal perception. For some people, 4cm seems enormous between two people while for others it is very little or even invisible. Most likely for me, it's the camera angles that cause total incomprehension. The guy can be the tallest in a group one day, and significantly smaller the next depending on the filming angle.
