Review of the Heimplanet Travel Pack 28 which is a part of the company’s recently updated Transit Line and is a very solid minimal travel bag that offers a great build quality, some organizational options, plenty of space, and a nice minimal aesthetic.

I was looking forward to you reviewing this bag, noice! Just curious how will you fit your beats headphones?

Thank you for watching and good question! For a bag of this size I normally travel with my AirPods and not the beats just to save space but if I really wanted to take them I could probably squeeze them in at the top by taking out the Dopp kit or clipping it to the outside with the carabiner that their case has. Hope that helps a bit and please let me know if there are any additional questions I can help answer about the bag!:)

I love the look of this bag! It could play many parts (office, gym, travel, etc.). Why do so may fail at back panel ventilation though? This and the Evergoods CPL28 are high on my list but it keeps me from pulling the trigger. Maybe I need to reconsider the AER Travel Pack 2 Small. Do you think that would breathe significantly better or should I just concede to a sweaty Florida back? Also, I'm excited for you to get your hands on the Able Carry Max when you can. Looks very compelling!

Thank you for watching and I agree this bag is super versatile! Sadly I think at some point no matter how good the ventilation on the back panel is, sweaty back is inevitable in Florida. With that being said I do think bags like the Aer travel pack 2, Tortuga Setout laptop backpack, and even something like the north face Borealis will help it take a longer time for sweat to build up and I think your back will still get a little less sweaty overall (or at least it won’t feel as bad as there will be more continuous airflow). Hope that helps a bit snd will be taking a look at the Max backpack soon so excited to share that on the channel with everyone!:)

Fantastic review! Making up my mind between this baby, the AER and Bellroy…tough decision..BTW, could you put please in your future reviews the dimensions in cm as well as weight in grams or kilos? Easier to understand for many people in Europe…other than that, keep’em coming!

@@chispito6986 I myself is struggling between this one and Aer though, I like the bag to be comfortable and have load lifters in case of fine tuning. I don’t like bellroy because it doesn’t have loadlifters and no lock on the laptop compartment. Which is better though, this or Aer? How did you choose between both?

So you would pick the 28L version over the 34L all the time? I will mostly use it as a 4-5 days backpack, and my previous was a 32L. I'm really interested by this bag and the nomatic travel pack, which one is your prefered?

Thank you for watching! I’m general I would use this more than the 34l as it works a little better for daily use as well as minimal travel. I would use the 34 if I was traveling for a week or more as this might be a little tight for me for that length of travel. The nomatic travel pack is great as well, I prefer the aesthetic of the heimplanet bags and the organizational layout a bit more, but the versatility (with the bags expandability), it’s comfort and it’s weather resistance make it a very compelling alternative

Thank you for watching! This is definitely a pretty close alternative, I still prefer the CTB26 due to the layout and harness system / luggage passthrough, but this one checks off a lot of similar boxes
