We have a friend that has the snotty allergy morning. Bathroom is across the hall from our bedroom and every morning when hes visiting we'd hear snot sniff hacking hocking sniff snot. Oh my! What a sound. We have allergies too, but WOW the noise that man can make. 😮

Yes, that was a matter of allergies, and it probably could have been controlled with medication or avoiding the allergen. He should have gotten tested for allergens so they would both know what could or could not be done. How do I know this? Because I have been through this, only to learn I am sensitive to gluten, dairy, and eggs.

It's a genetic thing. We have it in our family. Our sinuses tend to clog up in the early morning due to the sudden temperature change when you wake up at dawn from deep sleep and become aware of the chilly temperature in your room. What I've learned to do to not spend the early morning nursing a runny nose is to avoid blowing my nose, coz if I do then it starts to run and takes half an hour to get rid of(by getting my temperature up thru exercise or drinking hot coffee. Instead, I suck it all in until all the snot go up my nose pipe and into my throat, then I spit it out.😁 This way makes it go away faster, usually after two or three such suck and spit method, it is gone and I'm ready to start my day. Disgusting I know, but hey, it works.

As a man suffering from allergies myself, I say the morning snot thing is real. And continuous sneezing are the worst. You have to put aside any work you're doing for 15 minutes at least and sneeze in peace. 😂

As another man suffering from pollen and dust allergies, I found that doing a set of 10 slow squats to pump blood to your head helps loosening the snot so you can blow it out in one satisfying go.

@@cursedraj First of all you have to observe for yourself what causes you allergies and avoid those things (dust ,smoke, pollen, humid weather)... Consult an allergy specialist or you can take some Anti allergy drugs which are available without prescription like CPM or Cetrizine but they also have side effects like sleepiness etc.

I don't find her graceful at all. She's too busy trying to look sexy in that lace instead of being a classy actress. Think Judi Dench for example or Maggie Smith. Two extremely talented and graceful ladies. I can't imagine either one ever trying to look like a harlot at their age. They're just too dignified for this rubbish. Helen is too busy trying to be a geriatric sex symbol and it comes off pathetic however sexy she may very well be. She doesn't need to be wearing skin tight black lace. And it's not an age thing, no woman whatever age who is a public figure should be parading around in skin tight lace if she wants to exude some dignity

I bet I can tell you exactly what happened. Once upon a time, her husband went to put the dishes in the dishwasher and she said, "Don't! Those dishes are clean, I just haven't unloaded it yet." From that point on, he decided to never make that judgment call: dirty or clean, ever again, and just put all his dishes in the sink.

Do a set of squats to get blood pumping to your head. The internal heat will loosen the snot. Also works for getting great thighs.

Ask to your doctor about this and then use illiadin nose spray 20ml , 0.05% of it is a topical vasoconstrictor which helps with the treatment of sinusitis and allergic rhinitis. In 2 weeks his mucous membrane, breathing, snotting should be much better.

Okay, the dishwasher story was cute because it was more her making fun of herself going back and forth, but the snot and the neck hair was just gross and embarrassing for the husband. I would be mortified if my husband went on television and talked about how gross I was. Rude.
