- Another complete game of Heliborne game! This time on the Kosovo (Balkans) map. This map is only available at Helicopter Level 4, and is quite challenging due to the proximity of the objectives. In this game in question we were playing on HARD difficulty, in which we can only fail 2 objectives to not lose. I used the HH-53 support helicopter most of the time, but for a brief moment the team used THREE CrossBow Attack Helicopters (Apache AH-64D) at the same time. I hope you enjoy the video! PT-BR: - Mais uma partida completa do jogo Heliborne! Dessa vez no mapa Kosovo (Bálcãs). Esse mapa está disponível apenas no nível de helicópteros 4, e é bem desafiador devido a proximidade dos objetivos. Nessa partida em questão estávamos jogando na dificuldade HARD, na qual só podemos falhar em 2 objetivos pra não perder. Usei a maioria do tempo o helicóptero de suporte HH-53, mas por um breve momento o time usou ao mesmo tempo TRÊS Helicópteros de Ataque CrossBow (Apache AH-64D). Espero que gostem do vídeo! Heliborne marks the great return of a nearly forgotten genre - helicopter action games! Here you'll get to dive into historical conflicts, explore maps inspired by real-world locations and engage in ruthless air-to-air and air-to-ground combat.
By flying over 40 helicopters distributed over 3 different classes you'll fight other pilots as well as tanks, troops, and anti-aircraft artillery. You will test your skill in multiplayer modes, such as Skirmish (King-of-the-Hill style mode) or Frontline (as bases are captured by players, ground vehicles spawn in convoys and move across the map to fortify bases and positions), or play alone the new single player missions.
In Heliborne we wanted to to faithfully recreate the realities of armed conflicts and produce a gameplay model that is both dynamic and realistic. You will also get the chance to learn more about the development of rotary-wing aircraft. The game shows different historical periods, focusing on the technological innovation which changed helicopter combat over the years. For example, the load-outs for each helicopter are based entirely on weapons systems that are or would have been employed in active combat theaters and operations. You won't see a weapons load-out on our helicopters that is not historically accurate!
