Helical vs Deadman Anchors - Foundation Issues 

i am a licensed structural engineer, both system work if installed correctly. But helical anchors are much more expensive due to use of torque drive, core drill larger hole in the wall, and earth digging. Some times they need to be pull tested as well

If you are digging all the dirt away from the house you don't need to use anchors. The wall can be pressed back in place and repaired.
