As you used cv joint as your swash plate it should be rotate 4 sides. But accordingly your fixation it can move only 2 sides. How is it possible?

The frame should be made from a very light material. Aluminium is mostly used. These scrap helicopters never fly. If they fly they need a very powerfull engine to produce enough lift.

No, just imbalanced. Ground residence occurs on a fully articulated rotor system.
