I am a 77 year old convert. I was not a cradle anything. But I spent several years in a Pentecostal assembly. It was hard for me to leave where I was also especially when I heard fire and brimstone preaching that Catholicism was a false religion. Of course the new church is a false religion, but traditional Catholicism is not a false religion since God himself started it.

I can confirm you are correct! When I knew little about the Bible, I studied with them. I am Catholic now, so clearly I left them. The more of the Bible I learned, the more I could see how wrong they are! And how right Catholics are! God sure works in mysterious ways. Their teachings got me to register in RICA. ✝️
